Nothing. Did you exported it correctly? Don't export as .nif , .obj or.fbx is better format for modders resouces.

Yeah sorry for that. This post was pretty old so i want to delete it and upload a new version if i have time, but i cannot delete the post. OBJ is probly the best bet since NIF is mostly used in Bethesda Game Studios games i think.
