Head Not Aligned With Body (SOLVED)

Now, there seems to be an issue with some armors and such. I've been morphing everything correctly, clipping is all finally gone, and I am certain I have done everything correctly, but...

For whatever reason, the head does not align with the body. It's kind of just hovering above it, with this visible gap between the head and the body. The head is slightly back when compared to the position of the body, and a bit up.

I tried fixing it by just moving the body in bodyslide, but that only made the head, hands, and feet then become disaligned. This is severely frustrating.

 

Is there any way to fix this?
