Everything works but animations

After struggling through the nightmare that was getting oblivion to run on win 10, and then getting it to start I got it to a point that a everything works to a point.   I can start sex but they just stand there not moving or anything I have tried this with multiple people and creatures still nothing.  I have cleaned then reinstalled the animations from both lovers with pk and lovers creature, and still no animations.  ( I thought it might have been steam messing up in c:\program files but steam refuses to install to just c:\)

 

I am running pluggy 132 and obse 21.

I redid the load order using boss and instead of just  the actors the standing there I got the error and then ctd  error:xLoverspkGetMotionParamBySPosInd-ex not found SPos=0.  I've gone through and deleted all of the daedra sutra animations and their inis and have just lovers creature and loverswithpk animations and their ini.

Did you look at their example Load Order from the above link I posted? It looks like some are still not in their right spots with lovers mods they have to be moved manually.

 

Many of us have never used MO so we won't have much knowledge on how to use it with oblivion.

Yes I looked at the example load order and for the most part everything should be in the right spot, as for MO I cant use obmm it crashes on start.  aside from the load order, what potentially could cause the animation issues I know MO stores and uses its own INI for oblivion and that archieve invalidation could be a cause of the issue but the armor and clothes are all using the dmra replacer with bb I put in,  come to think of it none of the nomaam bbb animations are working either, but animations like estrus, furo, and chain beast are.

What is all in your Bashed Patch, 0.esp? No lovers I hope. If you have lovers mod in it you will have to redo it no lovers mods in the bash patch. So turn lovers mods off run bash patch once done turn them back on. LAPF comes with it's own skeleton if you overwrite it then conflicts can happen with stretching no bounce and other things not sure if nomaam has their own skeleton or not or if something overwrote the LAPF's skeleton.

for the most part all mods except lovers are in the bash patch, and I reinstalled the lapf Skeleton just to be safe.  I've gotten nomaam's animations to work apparently I just needed to reinstall it, but as far as the sex anim's they still dont want to work.  Update I've found a strange bug although the actors dont animate they take a position, but the pc still just stands there.

 

Update Fixed it for humanoids and I would Highly suggest adding this note to the load order for lovers Zazstocks and zazhorseridesyou need to be high in the order or else no animation will play as it overwrites. however creatures still dont work.

I would let the person know who is the author of the zazhorseridesyou so that they can put that in their first page so people can read that when they download the mod as there are more then one mod that uses the zazhorseridesyou esp. If it's the original ZAZ version I'm not sure how much work was done on that one. Not sure on the stocks one never used it.

Run BOSS, then sort the Mods BOSS did not sort manually in the Oblivion Mod manager(clothes Mods to sorted clothes Mods, Quest Mods to sorted quest Mods, .....Sort them in about alphabetically within the categories)

 

And

 

NOTE:  Any Lovers with PK plugin not on the above list should be safe to install just above Setbody.esp - unless the mod author has a specific load order mentioned in the OP or readme.txt of their plugin.

That was an older load order I have since fixed, for the most part everything is working as intended with the exception of lovers aphrodisia which throws a c++ runtime error after a few minutes but even without it everything else is working.
