A couple things about this costume: if you use lnk_reshuffle and just replace MILA_COS_002, it won't show up in-game. You have to to into the Asset Browser tab and replace MILA_COS_002_A.TMC and .TMCL. That model has two copies of the forearm and neck mesh, one with bandages on the hands, and one without. The mesh without the bandages is used in the "Champ" story cutscene when she comes out of the shower. Your costume only has the bandaged model altered, so if you use it and view that cutscene, you'll wind up with this:

 

 

I made a version that'll work properly. Assuming you use lnk_reshuffle, if you replace the _A files, this will work in a fight and in the cutscene.

I foolishly deleted a body without thinking that KT was probably a good reason to insert two bodies in the same TMC files...

 

It's fixed. It should be work with LNK reshuffle too (just test the story mod with autolink)

If you want to get your creative juices working, for a long time now I've wanted to see a "nude version" or "realistic physics" version (realistic physics as in some of the "nude" versions of the hula and towel outfits we've seen here) of the infamous Venus swimsuit...dunno, how it would work exactly, maybe some bits removed or added physics so we can feast our eyes on everything we want to see...maybe based on the beach paradise mod? haha just spitballin here. Examples of the Venus:

Not expecting anything of course but maybe a good jumping off point for something else to work on. I still remember being 16 and made my self imposed "goal" for playing DOAX1 on my original xbox was to get every girl the Venus. I think I got it for Ayane and Kasumi and gave up haha...if only I knew what we would have 13+ years later!
