I know this was working before, but it doesn't seem to work now for me and I was just wondering if someone could test in their game

 

The Wrex456 torso_pack (2017 date on this)

The Female Clothing Pack by Kexx (the original version with all the "blue" listed iems - resistance t'shirts or corset, etc.)

 

I've tried changing the load order of these 2 items and done some searching in threads, but I haven't found anything I could determine as useful.

 

Any confirmation or ideas? thanks.

Are you using Alternative mod launcher? 2k launcher is trash. Do you have the required mods from steam workshop such as Unrestricted Customization and Invisible parts for hero units?

The kexx clothing pack should work just fine, but some of the old nude packs linked here don't. Particularly I think the ones named with "pack" didn't, other than LL_Pack. These are the ones I have active in my load order that work:

WOTC Torso Rack

WOTC Leg Rack

 

Can't really remember where I picked those up though, so they might not be available anymore.

As far as i can see you can use women's  high heel shoes by using of the latest release of WOTC_LL_Pack_0.1.2.2 to get something like this:

 

You can play with different kinds of high heel suitable legs/thighs/shins shapes, e.g.

 

 

As for me this is quite close to high heels.

I saw a mod called Inappropriate Mission Names once, and I was wondering if there's a variant of that for just Lewd Mission Names? Beyond that, is there any flavor stuff out there, like lewd map packs, lewd voice packs, lewd nicknames, lewd photobooth backgrounds and effects, that sort of thing?

Yes, it is only for WOTC version of XCOM 2, according to the Mod Index.
