Thanks, I'm using vortex. Tbh I can't see the difference in the pics lol, but any help to make my game look better is much appreciated.

So IN VORTEX you want to go your mods tab(thats all the way to the left) then go to  Open/Open game settings folder/ SkyrimPrefs

As shown below

 

 

Turn "bSA0enable" from 1 to 0 as shown below

Yours is set to 1 mine is set to 0. So change it to 0

You should take a screenshot again where you most see the pixilation  so you can take a before and after pic
