Kendo 2 Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 So Imgur is busted. Could I get a recommendation for a host to switch to? I use PicServer. Â It is free and forum friendly. Â I use it for tumblr too.
lordofthedread Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Works great thx, just remove the http:// before imgur.com if you still have problems.
mfeile1974 Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 Many thanks for the fix...working on my end.
BlueShinobi Posted July 14, 2016 Posted July 14, 2016 This works well, though I messed things up initially. I didn't notice the whole "Normal" vs "Block" buttons in green and red. Â Attached is what I ended up doing visually, for those who may not get it from reading the thread text like me(at least initially). Â
indexMemories Posted August 22, 2016 Posted August 22, 2016 You may have noticed that some imgur embedded images do not load, but if you go directly to the imgur url, the image will be there. This is because imgur has blocked images from being embedded on LoversLab, or linked to from LoversLab.  Here's the workaround:  Chrome:  Install this extension: Referer Control  Right click the icon to the top right corner and click settings  Set the settings as shown in the screenshot  RefererControl.png  imgur.com | [to] | [block]  edit: Do enable the [3rd] option so you can still log into Imgur.  Firefox:  Install this addon: RefControl  Go to about:addons (type it in the address bar)  Follow the instructions in the screenshot  RefControl.png  RefControl>Options>Add Site  Site:imgur.com Action:Block  Ok  edit: Do enable the "3rd party only" option so you can still log into Imgur. This is genius. Thank you.

assassin394 Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 Thank you very much. Just want to drop in and say this still worked for me  . 11, July 2017
metanight78 Posted September 21, 2018 Posted September 21, 2018 Most recent version of Firefox doesn't support this add on anymore. Is there something else we can do?
