The topic says it all for the life of me I cannot get the CBBE body morphs to work in Racemenu on armors that I convert from UNPB to CBBE.

I have had plenty of success adding HDT physics to CBBE armors and still being able to use the CBBE body morphs in Racemenu.

Is this possible??? Am I'm forgettting a step?

So heres the facts. I am starting with a UNPB armor and to my knowledge convert it correctly as I do see my body/outfit that I converted it to however in-game I can't use the CBBE body morphs in Racemenu. I have no trouble with any over armors that I have downloaded?

Check and double check. Other armors work fine. Does cbbe body morph in racemenu work on armors that were converted from unpb to cbbe? The last body reference selected in outfit studio is cbbe hdt body but I don't see how that would affect it? In that case I went ahead and converted just to the cbbe reference body. Still nothing. Odd though it does take on my presets in bodyslide but I always tweak my armors in race menu as batch build takes too long as we all know that have several modded armors.

with some outfits ive experienced similar problems, leaving the body reference empty in bodyslide and sculpting the body without armor then re-equip the armor kind of solved the problem for me, but i think youve tried that already.

I have tried several ways ( even the one you mentioned and has worked in other situations ) but I'm sure I'm skipping something. This is a similar issue I had with " ps in game body changer" when I would change to unp or 7base bodies the cbbe body morphs didn't affect those bodies which makes sense as they aren't cbbe. Which is what leads me to believe that when I convert the unbp to cbbe and create a outfit for bodyslide that I'm skipping something.

To add to the strangeness the sliders in bodyslide DO NOT affect the armor at all? Yet affects the rest of my armors.

That's enough of a novel for tonight

I think you're missing a step in the conversion. Before you save the project in outfit studio, you need to have a slide-able body as reference (e.g. CBBE HDT), and then click "Slider"->"Conform All" in order to make the sliders "happen" for the armor in question.

Hmmm lets see so to start with I select " convert unpb to cbbe " and before saving I need to load a reference which I always pick cbbe hdt body. Conform all...I may be forgetting that but I'll try again any suggested post or tutorial I should read? I have got down added hdt to cbbe bodies just fine in outfit studio. Just still hacking away at conversions.

But then are you doing the

If your final target is supposed to be CBBE, you will NOW have to switch to the "CBBE BodySlide" tutorial linked in the description.

This is needed to create a proper low weight conversion and the actual CBBE shapes such as CBBE Slim or Curvy, even if you don't intend on actually using BodySlide sliders.

When done, you will have to build the outfit from BodySlide once and can then store the _1 and _0 NIFs where ever you like.

part?

No, and this would explain the neck seam and weight slider not affecting the body in racemenu? I don't understand that step nor can I find the link in the description. HEEELLLLLPPPP

Whaaaat I have seen this before. *palm in face*

Ok so this is the second step I need to do. I'll give it a go but step 10 looks intimidating : /

What I typically did when adding hdt physics to cbbe bodies is export the file with a reference and overwrite the old nif file...this is all on my desktop then I simply copy the mesh folder and paste in my skyrim data folder : / so that's why I find step 10 intimidating it sounds complex

It's a lot easier than it sounds. You just need to enter the correct nif name (what the file you want to overwrite is called), and correct folder path (where the file's supposed to go).

Here's an example for overwriting the daedric armor:

Oh ok cool I have seen this window every time I " save as " HOWEVER I unzip to a folder on my desktop which the folder is named after the armor. Its easier to access. So when I "export with reference" I overwrite the nif in the folder that's on my desktop. Then copy the mesh folder in the folder on my desktop, then paste the mesh folder into my data folder.

AKA making more steps than need be LOL. It was the only way I habe been able to get armors to work correctly soooooo I'm going to make the assumption I didn't correctly point the output to the right folder directory which would make sense do to the fact that my armor mods are in separate folders on my desktop : /
