Im keeping this post very simple.

 

Fallout 4 is awesome.

 

There are various nude mods.(and body mods incomin #calientes)

 

And Tan lines are the bomb.(pun very much intended)

 

Can someone please make a tan line mod that goes together with most nude mods.

 

(and maybe later an athletic tan line mod personal preference)

 

 

 

p.s if you agree this needs to happen. (maybe even more than one tan line mod) help me spread the love of tan lines by sugesting it to modders who might be interested

 

Praise be to shadman for giving me this idea.

For CBBE you can probably use the hand and body textures from the skyrim set.

Note: The texture that Cal included with FO4 CBBE Alpha 2 was in a DXT1 compression DDS file type.

So at most you may need to Open the file "femalebody_1.dds" from the above mod in something like gimp or paint.net and save it as femalebody_d.dds with the compression set to DXT1.

 

Also the file goes into a different folder for Fallout 4 vs the skyrim counter part.

Skyrim file location is Data\textures\Actors\character\female\

FO4 file location is Data\textures\Actors\character\basehumanfemale\

 

I'm not sure what to use for the head or the back of the neck though if the textures doesn't match the head texture Cal included in the Alpha....your own your own for that.

 

And yeah I'm still trying to figure out the format for converting the Skyrim CBBE normal map (femalebody_1_msn.dds) over cause I'm tired with the ladies walking around with a minigun and having no muscle structure to support it.

Preferably the one with tan without tatoos.

(Also are you using bodyslide?)

I cant remember where i got the Tanline texture from,   :shy:  just an old file from skyrim.

I havent used bodyslide i just renamed this file FemaleBody_1.dds to FemaleBody_d.dds
