Help! Weird thermal bug

I keep getting this color glitch whenever my character becomes "enslaved" and I was wondering if anyone knows what may be the cause for this and how to fix it.

 

It happens approximately almost right after the "Immerslave" quest pops up.

 

I am not sure how to proceed as i've tried googling the problem and did not find anything. Any help is highly appreciated.

Not sure , but if you post your mod list and loadorder someone can look in to it!

Are you wearing a blindfold or hood or anything like that?
