Installed FO4 again after 10+ months, spent a week testing mods and made some pics.

So... yeah. The FO4 engine is definitely capable of awesome visuals with the right ENB/ReShade settings.

 

Two things are driving me insane, one is how bad the SLM interface works compared to RaceMenu. The other the lack of controls for facial expressions, until that works i'm afraid most screenshots will look like robots (synths?) with a blank stare straight from the uncanny valley.

 

Huge thanks to Wolfgrimdark for sharing this ENB&ReShade preset, which makes FO4 look like an actual game from 2016.

Perhaps someone will eventually figure out how to fully control the expressions, like the Mfg Console does in Skyrim.
