What goals do you give your characters?

On my actual play I started with Live Another Life as spoiled young woman living in Riften, borrowed some money at the store (loansharks) and than went to Soltitude to go shopping. Back in Riften she got stripped in front of everyone (get stripped! again!) and not being able to pay back the money she got enslaved. long story short: she fell from her throne and had to steal to make a living. now she's gotto learn to survive. (i play on a higher difficult and she's not really into wearing armor and using swords).

I totally wish there were more ways to make money in Skyrim rather than just Alchemy and hunting (with the right mod).

I've got a similar playthrough going. A war orphan (of legal age) whose farm burned down, forced to turn tricks in Solitude. She tries to explore the world and gets ganged by bandits. Borrows 5,000 from loansharks to hire a bodyguard and loot a crypt but her hireling dies and comes back penniless. More whoring but she can't pay back the loan. Is sold into slavery.

She has begun to try swinging a sword now to defend herself. Usually she would just surrender and take the ganging but now she's trying to fight back. The goal is to raise her speechcraft high enough to hire prostitutes and begin gaining an income where she can hire an army of bodyguards.

Then she will wreak revenge on the world with an army of harlots.

I'm trying to seduce every sexy lady in every city, village and town. Once they became my lovers I'm placing them in my big mansion near Riverwood and spend couple of Sykrim days having wild orgies. Doing game quests isn't priority. :)

I try to come up with different reasons for my characters to exist, but I think my stories tend to have a common theme, which is that I like to start with nothing and have my girl struggle out of it, preferably with lots of bumps along the way! ^_^

My latest story I created because I wanted to try the new version of PSQ: I decided my character was an unknowing succubus, who had just arrived in the big city. In this case it was Windhelm. She had no combat ability, but desperate to earn some money she began selling her body, only to gradually start to feel stronger, as a strange (and lewd!) energy began to build within her. Eventually a man who was one of her clients mentioned a family sword that had gone missing (it's a quest from the Interesting NPCs mod) and, surprising even herself, my character took the job. She used her meager savings to buy a sword, and ran heedlessly into the bandit cave, not really knowing how else to even handle the situation. She had some close calls, but made it through with the sword in hand, and so began her career as an adventuress!

The PSQ buffs obviously make the character pretty strong, so my counter to that is she only uses a one-handed sword as a weapon, along with the succubus drain powers. No other magic, no ranged weapons, or anything like that. My eventual plan for her is to discover her transformation, which I decided would happen whenever she runs into an Estrus Chaurus tentacle attack, however it comes. The other possibility, if no attack comes before, is completing the 'Night to Remember' quest.

I've been trying to add other mods which make riches harder to come by, like Scarcity, Loot and Degredation, RND, and others... but I'm just too seasoned at this game so always manage to accumulate money. I need more money sinks! Based on what some in this thread have mentioned, I'm thinking about trying again but at a much harder difficulty, simulating that my character really is a weakling and needs help in order to get by. That'd justify the Loanshark mod and others... but of course the only problem is that I usually end up hating slavery mods because they grind my game to a halt. I'm looking for a happy medium... maybe SD+ but starting at a higher slavery level, so I don't spend so much time just standing around? I'm not sure.

Usually i like to randomize my start with LAL or LADL but mostly begin as a low life like barmaid, left for dead or farmer eg. Then when my weak PC first gets raped on her adventure (what will happen very soon with immersive creatures deadly combat and master difficulty) she will will hate that particular faction and/or races and will side with their enemies.

Living a peaceful life, meaning owning a house, being married and all that. Gotta save the world by completing the main quest though.
