Does anyone by chance have a BnP skin patch for TRX's UBE Futa addon? Most of the patches I've found are for the CBBE variant, but none for the UBE variant.

Unfortunately not. I only know the Ube skin for it. Apparently no one is interested in creating other skins for it.
