That's all from the Imperial Bikini Armor. I only mixed it with a top from the Winter Cosplay Pack, and made a schlong-protection with bikini assets using the TRX-condom-mod as a base. 

 

The preset is PB's Rosa, I only made some minor edits. Both poses (incl. the lantern) are part of the ILVPoser-Pack.

body is 3BA, head & penor is UBE, hat is some ranni clothing mod i don't remember the name of, same for the hair (i can probably find out, let me know if you don't manage to locate them yourself).

 

If you're talking about the arms, unfortunately that isn't a mod. I made an NPC with blue skin that's nothing but arms and then moved them into the main character using Screen Archer Menu, to make it look like she has more than 2 arms. It doesn't work at all outside of still images.

Will probably show a screenshot of her again with the new hairstyle in 3 weeks sense i have to commission someone with the hair( i have someone in mind who said they will do so, they are just doing other commisions right now), after that i'll give my presets to someone else to make them into followers and a mod page will be born if everything goes smoothly
