I only added the schlongs to PSBoss female draugr meshes, didn't replace males. Add the hard schlongs to the MNC meshes and add flaccid to the meshes in "meshes\actors\draugr\character assets\" There's instructions on that in the post you quoted.

Here's a thread with a guide for making the peen more seamless. Unfortunately, it may not work for the model you have which is Belisario UNP, which is no longer supported for most textures including the latest Fair Skin update. Switching to ERF or TRX may help for finding more up-to-date texture patches.

 

Skin mods are also really important especially the specular map for making the face and body look more realistic and appealing. The flat and subdued specular that is currently on your character wasn't intended to be used with vanilla Skyrim lighting and its making your character look less alive as a consequence. Look for a texture mod that has a glossy look or specular option such as BnP or Lovergirl.

 

My only other suggestions would be to install Reshade as the default Skyrim lighting isn't particularly great for screenshotting or skin details due to its washed out aesthetics. Weather mods can also help as well, as despite their name weather and lighting in Skyrim are linked. There's more, but I feel that should take care of the basics, while still being performance-friendly.

You can click on an npc in the console and type "disable"
