It's actually just a diffuse texture there. I made a more subtle edit of Veiny Alternative Normal Texture. It's patched for Bijin.

They aren't really custom dicks, they're just SOS addons with the armors set to Revealing. The regular Wisp is Evil's Horse Penis 2 recolored with Racemenu to match.
The Chaurus style Wisp actually is an addon I made a while back but never shared.
