Here's the Deze Court Clothes futa edit I showed here first months ago then mentioned again recently. I reworked it a bit. It's a new item called "Court Bodysuit Futa". It takes up slot 52 instead of 32 so the schlong textures work. To get in game type help "Court Bodysuit Futa" in the console or player.additem xx001801 xx being the load order number of the plugin.
The original mod and TRX's schlong addon are required. Credits to them as well.

Body physics might look a little weird for you. Everything looks fine with my physics settings but there's a very good chance yours are much different than mine. This isn't something I can fix for everybody.
Sometimes there is weird texture/mesh stretching behind the balls bulge in some extreme poses.
Because the clothes are in slot 52 there might be some clipping with the legs. But this should only happen in rare circumstances.

Here's two verisons, with the mottled shaft and regular. Just overlay it with photoshop. The image itself is pretty messy but looks good applied to the mesh.
