I think it was posted on the 9dmo request post a couple of days ago, but from what I remember reading it is not an actual npc replacer at present, just a wip.

i found out his source, so its a replacer for change the npc appareance from other mod like sexy bandit captives etc...

And its says its a modder ressource

SO we can extrapolate his utilisation on replacer npc, i think.

If i learn how to deal with that, image how superb npc we will got. No more ugly vanilla

Basically it is a template for various races that could be used as a base for a npc replacer, nice but for the most part not much use unless you do have the time to in effect create your own npc replacer.
