I've tried looking into it, but it leaves me with a headache. Cutting and pasting segments into female body textures yields hideous results. This stems from a vain attempt to model, (and receive a footjob from) Asa Akira in game.

 

Is it even feasible?

There's a member here who's made Scarlett Johannsen's head (and others) so it must be possible.

 

The other option would be to get really good with RaceMenu and create a RM preset that looks like her.

it's all possible, one can each character in Skyrim add, presupposed one understands something thereof!

That's basically the only way to pursue such a dream, afaik. There are some recreations out there already like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Vigo Mortenen followers so I guess you'd have to just REALLY tinker with face generator.
