I have thinking about releasing the other variant of the Xmas Lingerie pack, or some of the old Leifang stuff.   I am still hesitant to start messing with DOA5 modding for the fear of being drawn into it again, lol.

PANTY-LESS CHINESE DRESSES FOR LEIFANG!

Well everything you have done in whatever state its in, we'll love them!

 

I'm willing to take on all the half-finished stuff and keep at it until I get them all working and cleaned up, several here feel the same (like maybe Saaf, Raz, some of the "new blood" that has joined after us) but lets face it, you have done more in less time than most of us here and your Library of test/beta work looks better than most of my finished stuff.

 

If you really don't want to finish some of these Mods you've showed us Previews of, don't want to be roped into Modding for DOA anymore, dump the files on those you feel you can trust to always credit you and let us carry the torch from here on out, we won't (well I know I sure wouldn't) mind at all.

 

Also you should update your Topic that is a Mirror of this one over at Undertow, the people there are starting to wonder if you abandoned them... *pokes with NyoTengu's fan*

 

Seriously though, thank you again for all you have done for the DOA Modding Community, I really hope you do let it suck you back in and stay for at least one more year, it'd be fun to have you around.

(this is partly selfish since I'm going to release 2-3 times as much this year than I ever did before combined, so kinda want my buddy around for it)

#1 I'm sorry to hear your having complication(s) in your RL, I hope it all gets resolved soon and that should always come first, its a big part of why I've been hit-and-miss on my work here and at Undertow, so I completely understand.

 

Take as much time as you need, I'd just prefer you not leave entirely, but then again I'm selfish like that.

 

#2 You talked to me as if you had in fact fixed that broken knee issue, but still had a texture issue with the inside of the dresses, which is why I've been pestering you about releasing them, I'm 99% sure either Myself or Sirou could fix a simple texture glitch, even if its a pain-in-the-butt.

 

If you still have the broken knee and just forgot you did back when you talked to me before, I would say if you only ever made just one more finished mod for DOA before you walked away for good it should be fixing that.

 

Why? Leifang has no less than 4 outfits of it and its her most iconic/classic outfit, making her the only character that has no sexy/nude replacements for their main clothes, a LOT of people would love to replace them with a panty-less or panty-less and short dress, option... and of anyone we know for sure is still around you and SaafRats are the only two I believe could actually find a way past that broken knee.

 

At the rate I'm learning, people will be playing DOA7 before I could do it, trust me I have tried, a lot... spent over 40 hours of work trying, got no-place with it, its just fully above my skillset, it requires someone that has the skills to attach nipple piercings or a cyber arm to character that never had one... I wonder what two people I'm talking about?

 

#3 I'm not trying to be rude about any of this, as for Undertow if you never wanted to post over there again that is your choice to make, but I have found the English DOA Modding Comminity is about 70-30 split between here and there and I can say your Followers over there really miss you!

Seems like i might have messed up on the dirt texture with the xmas lingerie pack according to a user report.  I will find time to fix it. 

 

As most of you know by now I run my tests in a dirt free (the fighting entertainment stage) environment..

There shouldn't be any lines around neck after transformation.  The transformer tool now does the skin mtrCol transfer automatically.  You have to make sure the corresponding TMCL file is also in the same directory as the source TMC file in order to have textures automatically transferred.

I am glad the old wrinkly balls still have crowd appeal   Although his sexiness pales in comparison to your Asura, lol

 

As fate would have it, while preparing my short china dress mods for release, Tecmo beat me to it by releasing their Valentine China dress pack

 

I made some quick edits to create a breakable wardrobe malfunction effect which seems pretty good.

 

Perhaps I will finish it and bundle this set up with the original short China dress mod that I made quite a while ago - it is a little different from the latest China dress pack

I will have to spend time revisiting the series and updating the pack.  I remember when I tested on my nvidia card, the leggings don't show up under character select screen.

MICRO BIKINI WARDROBE MALFUNCTION TEST

 

Man, my thread sinks faster than Titanic these days

 

Apologize for the lack of updates lately, I kind of lost interest in DOA5 again, but Tantrave's awesome micro bikini mod woke up my angry dick.  

 

I quickly put together my own variations of this awesome concept with the signature Timmy Twist   There is no way in hell these girls can wear bikinis like this without risking wardrobe malfunction, so I think this makes perfect sense for a destructible/breakable modification :bush:

 

The initial test results look quite promising.   Here are the preview screenies:

Of course, if I decide to release this, it will come complete with SaafRat's signature 3D BUSH and all that goodies with breakable effect and perhaps some other colors, lol.
