This particular error is about transferring texture, so if you drop both TMC and corresponding TMCL in the same folder, you won't see this error.  Otherwise, only the TMC is transformed without the texture file.   If you don't need to transfer textures (TMCL file), you can uncheck the "automatic skin/normal texture transfer" check box.   Hope this helps.

Shameless self bump -  a few WIP breakable and sexy outfits

 

Kasumi Halloween Breakable - outfits like this are just screaming for wardrobe malfunction, so I made it "make sense" again

 

The return of short Chinese dress (Qipao) - this time with 3D BUSH!  I made this outfit more than a year ago (!) when it was relatively hard to shorten a dress in this fashion.  It's been private since then and I've added 3D BUSH on the model.

 

Some of Leifang's early outfits have a weird problem where they are missing a knee bone, so parts of her legs can appear deformed when performing certain moves.  Not sure if there's a workaround yet, so the release is TBD   (also my time with DOA5 is diminished as of late with real life commitments)

 

I don't think I will release the heels//stockings combo as shown in a few posts above as there seems to be quite a few of the same mods around already.

You saw it too didn't you? That no bone effect. Her legs turns into a pretzel for all her quipao costumes.

It's a hard coded thing, but I can let you play with a custom version without such restriction.

I see it when I try to mods these 4 outfits. I don't find a solution to make it work properly. 

if even you do not manage to make it work, I feel less dumb

So here's the "unlocked" version of Timmy Transformer that lets you go up to 300 without forcing you into adaptive mode.  

Be ware of *potentially* extreme deformation, lol.   I tested briefly with Leifang (mai cos001) - aside from some neck issues with the model now being "larger" than Leifang's body frame, it seems to play fine.  It does give Leifang the more voluptuous shape that Mai has, so that is a good bonus I think

As shown in the shot above, the difference between Leifang SF30(left) and SF300(right) can be quite dramatic and with such high SF, it allows Leifang to "inherit" Mai's voluptuous shape :bush:

BUSTY MARIE BREAKABLE BONUS OUTFITS

 

So as part of the quick tests for my unlocked transformation, I transformed the breakable Mai COS001 I made a while back to Marie with SF300 (Default, non Hybrid/Adaptive mode) for fun.  To my surprise, it actually turned out quite well, so I figured I'd share her with you guys here.  I know some of you love bustier version of Marie so here she is

 

 

Since with my transformer, with the default smoothing mode (with both hybrid and adaptive unchecked), the higher the smoothness value, the closer the final form of the transformation gets to the "From" character.  In this case, Marie at such high SF value shares many resemblances with Mai in shape and form which is actually quite a nice change IMHO :bush:

 

A bit of neck connection issue but it is not very noticeable at all in battle.  Enjoy!

Yeah, I think I still do prefer her in her original form, but seeing Mai's voluptuous shape on Marie is quite refreshing too, lol

Indeed!  Mai's butt is in a class of its own.  :bush:

 

Tecmo really did an awesome job with her model.  I like her look in DOA5 better than her SNK counterparts.

Spent some time cleaning up some of my posts.  I just realized I've been using a lot of yellow highlights in my post that kind of lost its supposed meaning of pointing out something new and/or important.    I think the new format is easier to read and follow and less harmful to reader's eye sights   Sorry about that!
