Want to get back into Skyrim

I have over 1,000 hours on Skyrim, and I have played so many mods. I want to keep playing, but I just can't bring myself to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions as how to rekindle that spark that existed the first time I played? Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you deal with it. Thanks.

Hmm good question i kinda thank LL for that spark back into skyrim due to there's more hidden gems here than Nexus yes the sex mods is great but the Indiana Jones feel of LL is so much fun

Two there's better beast race support here so i don't like a total outcast in the world of Skyrim Modding so pretty much what do you want in your game i bet LL might have it  ^_^

Use other overhaul mods, start role playing (or look for different RP ideas on the web) or mod your game to have even more content and be more challenging. SkyTweak mod lets you configure things like weapon damage, spell scaling, damage scaling, experience rate, sneak and trade difficulty. Try to avoid doing the same quests with every character.

If you are completely burned out then it can be a good idea to take a long break from Skyrim. After four or five months there will be even more new mods and some of the old ones will probably get updated.

Solution that usually works for me is adding more mods and trying different builds.

Meh. Experiencing the same issue. From my point of view ovehauls may not help - it's still the same Skyrim with changed combat, spells or economics.

Someone had to start 'how do you roleplay in Skyrim' thread - never felt satisfied with my RP.

Maybe you could focus on creating your own mod now?

Or become a screen archer, seems what most people here become after 1,000 hours.

I can't understand humanity. Go out and look for hobbies and when you get bored play the game. Is this your life problem? I am working 12 hours a day and sometimes longer and if I find the time I play skyrim for 1 or maximum 2 hours and enjoy it because it's a rarity for me to be able to play it. Go work do something and play if you want to. Damn these people nowadays don't know what the real life is.

I played Skyrim since the first day of appearance on 11. 11. 2011 and that every day 10 to 16 hours.
But in November 2014, I have the book "The Elders Scrolls" slammed (closed) and I will open it again not! :(
