Not political/religious, strictly speaking, but it's for the veterans of the war. They don't play any anti-war songs, as they are a bit biased. As they should be, given their audience. More about helping the guys remember their young manhood, and the biggest event thereof (and friends and comrades, alive and dead), and for some, their lives.

"And Then A Hard Rain Fell" is a Vietnam War memoir that is anti war. (I have read a lot of memoirs though and most are not really anti war.) wikidtrybe Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 as a desert storm wartime vet who worked in Surveillance(Long range surveillance detac for 2 tours,) The music that symbolized the middle east {for me at least} was the soundtrack to "Heavy Metal" the movie.{ie BOC"s veterans of a thousand psychic wars", DIO"s "The Mob Rules" and asong called "radar Rider" but yes for my fallen brothers of vietnam and the survivors who for all intent and purpose will most likely forever be fighting a war that they will never be free of due to the horrors they were subjected to i humbly, with respect would dedicate a more current song to remember there sacrifices given by the average american vietnam era soldier...a little known song by Paul Hardcastle called "nineteen" because did you know in WW2 the average american soldier during that conflict was 26, but in vietnam the average age was "19" na-na-nineteen lol check it out on U of tubes its kinda cool vid-Bam former corporal/e4 Dco 101 M.I.B.N Ft riley Ks "big red one" Lrsu airborne rangers(now disabled due to massive head trauma suffered from literally being ran over by a out of control jeep...thx for lettin me say my peace all..."Skyrim and sexlab ROCK! lol
