Please help me, I am running various bondage mods, including deviously helpless, enslaved, etc, and everyone keeps putting more things on me!

And now I have a blind fold where it's really blurry, and I've already talked to tens of people, none will help take it off, the only thing that has hapened is I have got a couple keys which I can't use cause I'm in an armbinder!!! and no one will take off my armbinder because the only option I get when talking is: please help me im hungy and thirsty, and they either tell me to go to my master, or feed me on the spot.

This bondage stuff has been some fun, but I want to eventually get free and kill stuff too!

Xaz Prison Overhaul. Download Inte's patch mod for it as well. You can set it to have Devious Devices confiscated.

Once you have those added to your game, just start a brawl in any hold, and surrender to the guards. Have fun.

How can they start a brawl if their arms are bound? hahaha

Not sure exactly what is happening from a mod perspective, but to unequip the various devices, you can use the console.

  1. press ~
  2. Run the command 'player.showinventory'
  3. Use the page up and page down button to scroll through your inventory list.
  4. For each device you have equiped, you will see a line with that device on it, next to that line, you will probably see an inventory item that does not have a name and has an error near it that reads some thing like "BAD EDITOR ID", for each of these BAD EDITOR ID lines, run the command 'player.removeitem <id> 1', where id is the 8 character id for that given line. (e.g. player.removeitem 2800125a 1)
  5. Once you can open your inventory again, you can actually unequip the device item, as the previous step will only remove the visible effects of having the device equipped. Make sure you do this before you try to drop the item, or it might re-equip when you try to drop it.

Sucks to say it - but you can pretty much forget that. The 'Devious Devices' mod series has VERY intrusive and obnoxious 'just bury papyrus in calls until the DD mod wins' maintainance scripts. And it is so clingy that even running script cleaners is VERY likely to brick your savegame.

Best way to get rid of them is to reduce or get rid of the mods, and start a new playthrough. DD and SD are 'Fuckfest playthrough only' mods that should be used in a playthrough that isn't about actual questing.

Restriction, submission, enslavement; the bondage side of the Force are they. Easily they flow, quick to join you in a fight. If once you start down the bondage path, forever will it dominate your destiny, consume you it will.....

Something to remember... is that you should alter all the MCM settings for the devious/sexlab mods before you start getting into trouble. Most devious MCM options are locked while you're bound.

Most devious mods make it harder to get the items removed - the more aroused your character is. You need to stop getting into trouble, then try talking to npcs once you've calmed down - preferrably guards/blacksmiths if you've set them to have good moral values.

Also, learn how to summon keys with the console menu (use it a safeword option). This will allow you unbind yourself should you have a sufficiently desperate need to quest, then set the npcs to steal keys and set a 4-5% chance of finding keys in containers. (Thus you'll find them often enough, but they won't be there when you initially get into trouble).

I find when running a lot of devious mods - 1-3% chance of a trigger is a good value. So as not to get bound constantly when 10+ mods are trying to bind you. Start a new game, play around with the settings in the LAL prison before you leave. Save, then test. Low settings are your friend if you also want to explore and quest.

PS - the legacy option for blindfold (i think it's called) i find much better. 1st person is blacked out, but it allows you to run around in 3rd person, and the world blurs over a short distance. So you can see cliffs (mostly) and people/creatures approaching - but can't identify them...

Hell yeh, you run Deviously cursed loot on its default settings and you will be wrapped up quicker than you can got huh what?, especially as sexlab aroused seems to start a new game with somewhere between 25-40 arousal state, and oddly enough seems to increase arousal even when fully dressed and not doing anything that should increase arousal.

My problem is that, even using Cursed Loot's 'free me!', sometimes the game reads me as being deviced still. (Fucking all the damn time.)

If it weren't for that I'd just run with low-ish chances, but right now everything is set to 0 because I can't be guaranteed they'll come off.

I even have a mod that's supposed to show what's equipped on the character, but it doesn't seem to help.
