Ultimate realism/survival/Immersive RP mod setup

Hello,

So with my new computer I started setting up skyrim with a ton of mods to play a sort of immersive-survivalist-realistic RPG with amazing graphics. 

i originally found this site because I was looking for a mod that would require my PC having to go to the bathroom because, hey, if you're eating and camping and what not, you've got to do that stuff, too.  Then i found another mod here about getting pregnant and female living, then I decided if the female characters are going to be realistic, the male ones have to be, too.  Also, in a world like skyrim (and this takes me into perhaps more of a Conan the Barbarian world setting) then sex is a real thing, and then so would be rape.  Also, if you can get pregnant and have kids, you would need to raise them, and part of that is breast feeding....That, on top of ENBs and survival mods like requiem, well, you can imagine how my entire attempt at playing a stable, awesome looking pure survival and as realistic as possible (hunterborn, crafting mods, added npc's, etc etc etc) game snowballed into insanity that caused CTD every time I tried talking to a shop keeper.

And so i'm trying again.  I've been reading a lot of stuff from this board and other sites, and there's tons of information out there.  I'm wondering if anyone might be able to help me out with developing a mod list.

PC Specs:  Intel  i5-4690k OCed to 4.2ghz.  16gb ram, NVIDIA gtx 970 4gb, 

I really liked Realvision ENB with his recommended setup, but I wonder if I should use STEP's setup then install that ENB (ideas?)

I want to use requiem, or something that would do the same thing as that,.
I like hunterborn, I want to play a "living in a nordic setting" type of character.
I want to use something like beingfemale, or if there's a mod better or more stable, let me know.
I want to have  Private Needs (what brought me here) or a more stable and current mod, if one is around.
Since sex and rape is real in this world, I want the best mods for that (heck, if there's a quest involving sex slaves, possibly becoming one and then rescuing and killing off the traders, or some such, that would be okay).
This is not a free for all whatever goes paradise...obviously sex or nudity in public should be fround upon.  Going to the bathroom in the middle of town should result in jail time...bathrooms are good.
Since I'm a huge fan of werewolves and vampires (World of Darkness) then mods that include those adult oriented themes would be nice.  In my mind, vampire sexuality is about mind control while werewolf sexuality is about the pure bestiality of animal nature.
Not interested in bestiality, though I don't mind seeing nature take its course where animals are getting it on and having babies (doubt that exists).
If babies are born in-game, raising them is obviously an important part of the game...changing diapers, breast feeding, teaching them....those types of mods would be great.
Skyrim is a dirty place, and the NPCs and PC should look the part:  I like pretty but dirty with imperfections in the models.
Is there a mod that shows someone getting fat or muscular or thin based on what they do in the world?  (Mage studies books all the time, he gets fat, hunter is out living off the land, gets thin, while gladiator practices fighting and works out and eats tons of protein and gets huge muscles...which all happens over time as you play the game.)
Real lasting relationships and making a family.

Aside from the above mentioned and aesthetics, trading, crafting and badass looking armor sets are wanted.  Campsite building, carriages to carry extra stuff, trading/economy and the like are also required.

I'm sure someone around here must have a set up like this or, if not, I'd really love to hear suggestions for a list of mods that would fit this criteria, as well as whether I should go with Realvision suggestions or STEP or a hybrid or something different.

That's a pretty extensive list. I think there are mods covering most of those though. Me, I'm currently setting up my game with STEP and Requiem. After that I'll experiment to see how many SL mods can be added on top of that without causing my computer to turn itself inside out. I suspect it's going to be a headache to try to get SL to work with Requiem, so it'd be nice to at least hear if anyone has had any success there.

load tesedit

put on a filter conflict

and put back whatever is missing from other mods

 

not only requiem, if you have immersive winterhold, hentaicreature add books to the same merchants, add winterhold books to hentaicreatures (there isn't much conflicts, for those mods it's fast to take care of that)

Boom, the ultimate in realistic survival. It even incorporates Dead is Dead by default! And talk about a punishing injury system, I've never seen more realistic locational damage. The survival aspects are brutal - you have to keep track of hunger, thirst, bathroom stuff, find shelter, find clothes to not freeze... Just be warned, it's really pretty, but the gameplay is kinda slow and clunky, and it's PvP everywhere so keep your eyes open.

For your Realistic Overhaul,

 

I want to stear you away from hitting up a combat overhaul system for one because your going to be making your game struggle enough as is and since your new I'll try to keep it easy.

Steer Away from,  Other mods that add spawns, will interfere with Skytest, your going to get a shitton of Animal Spawns and some werewolves with that anyway.  OBIS, will add bandit spawns and they should be badass too so your going to get raped sorry.

 

Don't use Wet and Cold, reason functionally your basically just overlapping Frostfall to get some frosty breath which is meh more script overhead and already Im testing your limits just for you to get this stuff workin!

 

 

For Bathing and Peeing, or poop I have no idea... But they certainly are on both LL and Nexus.

Pumping Iron... works better on Males than females.

 

Author over at Nexus named Navetseas has a nice installer that includes texture changes based on weight by Basvanbeu.  Basically it makes for a huge variation on females in game.

 

I believe its got an installer, you should be able to pick CBBE or UNP body.

 

Anyways I re-read your post and I think if you try to install a combat mod and all of this stuff from step as well as the stuff mentioned here its going to be tough going your first time.

Idk about trying to get all of this to work and ENB to boot but let everyone know how that works out.
