i downloaded the fox 07 and the armor is purple /pink colour maybe a texture bug?

You'll have to convert them yourself for the meantime. run SSE nif optimizer and then resave with CK 64bit.

Some come with it, some do not as many of these are old mods, you may find that even those with bodyslide are only basic uunp or cbbe and non of the newer versions.
