Xpyke
Usually this is the lack of a mod, I'm guessing maternity clothes should be installed for this to show perfectly, also you should invalidate everthing again just in case. Link to comment

Skyrim is indeed much easier to mod, but I had no problem with fallout, but you must read everything on a guide, uninstall everything and follow these: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/16277-sexoutng-framework-installation-guide-for-beginners/ http://www.loverslab.com/topic/30291-tutorial-scr-resources-folder-creation-and-installation/ Another tip, don't use nexus mod manager with fallout, it tends to fuck everything up, stick with FOMM, and you must put the esms in this order: 1 - FalloutNV 2 - Every DLC you have 3 - Sexout.esm 4 - Sexout Commom Resources.esm 5 - Any other sexout mod you have On the esps my "Mod Configuration Menu.esp" is the first to load, before everything, see if it helps, and good luck, fallout is amazing, don't give up so early Link to comment
