frostking Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 Lapf core file, Creatures 2 core files, DL links seem to be broken. Probably a few others too, but I gave up after failing to get those. Sorry, we couldn't find that![#10850.1] An internal error occurred. Please contact an administrator
BruceWayne Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 Works fine on this end. Check your firewall, your browser settings and any script-blockers you might have. Maybe there has been an update to any of those and your settings were getting set back to defaults. In case that doesn't help, you can also flush your DNS cache and try again. It's possible that there was a change in servers and your cache is still referencing an old IP.
frostking Posted March 20, 2015 Author Posted March 20, 2015 Firewall is off, flushed Dns cache, and tried with Firefox, Google Chrome, and IE. Same results. Lapf main file, and Creatures 2 are the only files I've found, (so far), that are doing this. I've DL'd several other files with no issue. Thanks for the help.
myuhinny Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 I also just tried and had no problem downloading either one I used chrome. How much stuff have you downloaded today? If you have downloaded a lot of stuff it could be that you hit the download limit and will have to wait for it to reset.
frostking Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 Just tried again today, nothing else DL'd. Same error.
gregathit Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Sorry, the error is on your end somewhere. I am able to DL all the plugins that you listed. Try a proxy and/or a different virus scanner and you may need to adjust your web security settings.
frostking Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 I found an old thread here about this same issue, and, after reading it, found the problem. My satellite internet bandwidth is way down from what it should be. Could be that the current crop of solar flares is messing with the satellite. Hopefully it will clear up in a few days. Thanks anyway.
frostking Posted March 31, 2015 Author Posted March 31, 2015 My internet is now running flawlessly, and the error message persists. I now believe the problem is at the server where the files are stored. It also seems to be size related, as I can DL most small files, but not large ones. I've given up on this for now, and installed an old lovers setup I had saved to CD.
Vaelorian Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 Tried just now. I am able to download the mentioned files without issues.
Juanwayne Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Having this same issue with a lot of files here that I never had problems with in the past. Can't seem to pinpoint the problem yet.
frostking Posted April 23, 2015 Author Posted April 23, 2015 Nice to know i'm not alone. Still have found no solution.
TSF Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 I am having the same problem. I get the same error message: "Sorry, we can't find this. Contact an administrator. [#10850.1]" when I try to download a mod file larger than 1Mb. I still can download mod files smaller than 1Mb, but not larger. I cannot DL Estrus Chaurus v.3.357.7z (1.07Mb) But I can go back to the same download page and download b3lisario's UNPB BBP Pregnant Body (beta).7z (783.5Kb) But the Devious series mods are much larger than 1Mb, and they will not download. I get the error message. I originally could download just fine, then I got this error message occasionally, but if I refreshed the page, I could get the download, now it is the error message all the time. I have tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome. I have tried another computer. I have tried different user accounts. I have flushed my DNS cache, turned my firewall off, antivirus off, Windows Defender off, IE Protected zones off, upped my cache size, and I'm running out of ideas. I can download just fine from Skyrim Nexus, Windows Updates, YouTube, etc. It is LoversLab I am having the download problem with.
teksyn Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 I get the same exact thing lately on anything over 1mb no matter what I do . I tried multiple computers , Browsers , Took my laptop to a friends house with different internet and still the same thing. I went through every single forum post about this and tried all the fixes to no avail. Not sure why its limiting people to less than 1mb downloads it makes no sense honestly.
dark_vampire Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 @ gregathit Try a proxy and/or a different virus scanner and you may need to adjust your web security settings. I was having the exact same issue as you guys, with the error message. I tried using a Proxy Server and now I'm able to download all said mods. I don't have to understand it, it works that's enough for me. I hope this helps you all, and don't forget to thank Gregathit all I did was try his idea.

Could you tell me the address of your current proxy server ? I tried multiple proxy servers but all of them didn't work well to fix this odd issue Many thanks
dark_vampire Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 http://www.publicproxyservers.com/proxy/list1.html I just looked for one that had a good rating, I got an error screen when I attempted to download saying I had to wait so many secs then refresh. But once I refreshed the download started. Now I'm not having that issue anymore. May want to check make sure your Java is up to date or so. I had the downloading error but that was a fresh install of Windows 8.1, I downloaded or updated some of the standard browser software adobe flash, java, etc. and I'm not having that issue anymore. I hope this helps because if none of that works I'm getting low on ideas unless it was the pitiful face I made to the computer begging it to let me download. So guess if all else fails just invite me over to your house and I'll try to remake that face.
mghsWTF999 Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 I have this problem just like you . However , I find that even the smallest file has the possibility that lead to that error page , once you refresh the error page ( one or several times ) , the download process can begin . I tried to refresh every time I met this issue , it seems that a file which is smaller than 25M can be downloaded . When it comes to Lovers Creatures Beta1 - Part2.7z ( 25.12 M ) and textures-all-versions.7z of LoversBitch Gone Wild ( 85.12 M ) , however hard I try , it always fails . Don't know for sure whether we share a exactly same issue or you guys have fixed it or not . Days ago I could freely download until 6.30 or someday . But this topic seems to be earlier .

However , when I enter the Loverslab by the web proxy , it reminded me that the java script was completely disabled ( which never showed up when I get to it by the normal way ) and the download page led to 403 and 404 . I didn't get it , for I only used the proxy servers by changing the IE settings before . Does that mean my java is outdated ? I'm going to update it right now . Anyway , thanks for the help that provide a potential solution for all of us

It's just because I forgot to sign in and choose the option that will not remove all the scripts . I'm able to download now , however , the file I downloaded is 0 kb .... the flash player and java are updated , I guess I have to try to make a pitiful face myself ...
dark_vampire Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 well one I notice is you use IE/ I don't want to say it sucks but there's more guzzling down IE throats than my characters which is saying something. Try Firefox or Chrome instead..The java error you get when using the proxy is normal and so is the other stuff. Since it's trying to download I think that's some improvements. Don't break out the face quite yet, try it with Firefox what I'm using. And I gave flash and java as examples there's more like Adobe Air, Java SE, oh the list could go on. Then try it with proxy, then try it without the proxy. So recap 1) new broswer 2) go crazy on broswer updates (which I'm thinking is more the issue) explains why only a select few is having this trouble 3) try without and with proxy server 4) Make the face because then I'm running low on ideas 5) skip any step if it works 6) name one of your characters or hiyoko children after me (don't have to really)

I was just going to set a ID as proxy server when I rarely opened the IE . But you made your point , the Firefox is worth a try . By the way , I never use HiyokoClub ( does it spell that way ? ) , so I will name a character instead , I meant , a male character . And there is another thing comes to my mind that might matter . I'm Chinese , living in a country that far away the original server address of Loverslab inside a Internal Great Wall of China , which may cause a lot of issue including this one . A downloaded file with 0kb size is rather too odd . Others should success by using a proxy .
OB2 Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 has there been anything found to fix the 10850.1 error yet, I connect thru dishtv my download speed is approx. 1.7 meg/sec avg. though i dont believe its related to download speed as the download never initiates. It just end with the search response 10850.1 If the file is directly linked on the page i have no problem downloading it reguardless of size, its only when trying to locate it after the 20 second timer the causes error.
gregathit Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 The problem with satellite connections isn't the download speed, it is the upload speed. The upload speed is shit and that is what causes the timeouts. There isn't anything on the LL side that can be done for this that I am aware of. Sorry.
