No sound and weird flashing lines

When i jump to the sex scenes I get no sound and weird flashing intermittent lines during the scene then they continue after as well. Reloading the game removes the lines.Does anyone know whats up, wasn't hapening yesterday.  im at Chapter 3.

Try disabling the alternate start plugin, then start a new game.  See if that works.

will that fix  the issues if i then play  the saved game again? Disabling the alternate start on my current character will teleport me into prison and reset my stuff

When turning certain mods off like alternate start it is best to start a new game as things can still be in your save file that can still cause problems

so my old file is done? that sucks i got it to chp 3 and have all the stats leveled up.it seems to happen after the michelle scene and instead of the CLS music thats suppose to play it plays the regular oblivion music

yeah a quick update. Ran a new file with out the alternate start. Still no sound/ plain oblivion music with flashing lines after the michelle scene again. Could it possible be my drivers?

Your sound drivers might be out of date. Have you tried installing updates for them? There is also this that might help as well. There are a number of things there that might help. http://uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Technical_Support

i was originally using NMM but now im using OBM and its still doing the samething, maybe im not using the latest versions of CLS files?

how do i install the vtoy1.bsa patch

Download the **Installation instructions with tips & Walkthrough** that is just below the patch link you downloaded it has a crap ton of info in it I saw briefly looking at it that there is even info on those lines you had across your screen there is a page that tells you how to add the patch. You will need something that can load PDF files.

Hey thanks that helped. I says that I have to switch from bloom to HDR lighting. I'm at work right now and I'll try it at home later. It says how to install the patch as well

Just one last question. Should all the cut scenes have sound? I noticed some scenes has sound like the Samantha Lisbeth scene but some didn't like the Claudia Lisbeth scene and the coronation

Been awhile since I last played it so I'm not sure if all cut scenes have sound or not.
