Each armor has its own footstep sound in the Creation Kit which can be substituted for player-added content much like nearly everything else in the game,so it should be entirely possible,though I can't say that I've heard of such a mod yet. Maybe no one else considered it yet? 

 

Does anyone out there have any audio of milk sloshing around in milk jugs to use for such a purpose,anyway?

If you aren't going for comedic effect,then the sound of one(or more) large mass(es) of flesh colliding with (a)nother mass(es) of flesh would be the only thing that comes close to making sense and even then,only when the character is completely unclothe.

 

Obviously,recycling sound effects from old Kung-Fu movies isn't going to do (partly because those sound effects don't even remotely accurately reflect what real fist-to-face impact sounds like),so someone out there is going to have to do the Foley work themselves if they want to achieve this effect.
