aps16 Posted February 18, 2015 Posted February 18, 2015 Hey I just got Fallout 3 for the first time and I was looking to mod the s*** out of it. So can anyone please suggest me some good adult mods to start with? I know there is Animated Prostitution for the sex n stuff, but what mods can I use to create a sexy female character, you know the body mods, skin textures, hair mods, face mods, sexy armors etc. Â Also are there any good walking/running animation mods? Â And what are some essential mods (can be non adult too) and some good ENBs and texture mods?
prideslayer Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 It may sound stupid but I suggest at least one unmodded playthrough, except for the unofficial patch, just so you know what the game is really all about and what areas of it you think *need* mods. "modding the shit out of it" before you've even tried anything is.... well I wish you luck, you're going to need it.
aps16 Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Okay I see your point man. I can use ENBs though right or some texture mods??
prideslayer Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Yeah sure but even then I'd probably play a LITTLE bit without them, just so you know what you want adjusted. What I'm trying to say is, how do you know what mods to install if you don't know what you want to change about the game? You can't know what needs changed if you haven't played it at all.

Words of wisdom, i have made the mistake myself of modding games i haven't played at all and then i get so lost in the plot because one mod or another changed something in the story line in a way or another.

Alright then, I'm gonna start playing the vanilla game for now. Then if I want something new or make my game better in some way, I'm gonna ask you guys. Thanks for the advice!
JLF65 Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Well, I'd recommend DARNUI even for a "vanilla" play through. It's pretty well established that the Bethesda UIs suck donkey dong on all games, and every one of them has a UI overhaul that is damn near required to make the game not suck as bad. DARNUI for FO3/NV and SkyUI for skyrim are mods you should have even for vanilla. Then, once you start adding mods, the other required mod you'll want regardless of anything else are the script extenders: FOSE, NVSE, and SKSE (or OBSE for people still playing Oblivion).
myuhinny Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 There are still many people that are still playing oblivion including me though atm I am getting ready to install TTW
CoxcombCornking Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Priority One: The obligatory bug-fix and restoration mods. You'll know which ones, as they are eternally within the top twenty-five downloaded mods at Nexus. After that, if you use mods such as NVEC, you can add lots of goodies (armors, guns, backpacks, etc.), and some popular quests, while still keeping your load order list small and open for yet other mods you're going to want. Even if you aren't planning on adding sex mods, you might still like sex-y mods, might I suggest what I like to call "The K2 Catalogue". Kendo's mods for eye candy and well....more eye candy. Beautiful chicas and refitted leather meshes. Available only here at LL. I'm also partial to using New Vegas Redesigned 3, for overall initial character enhancements.

I think you are talking about New Vegas, I was looking for FO3 mods
CoxcombCornking Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 I think you are talking about New Vegas, I was looking for FO3 mods Oops! That's not the first time I've done that, either. Well, luckily, there are FO3 "versions" of at least some the top picks mentioned above. (ie. Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch by Ben Wah, Fallout 3 Redesigned by Dracomies, as well as the classic player favorite Tailor Maid.
JLF65 Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 The primary patch mod for FO3 is the Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch, #19122 on the nexus. It fixes tons of bugs in FO3.
