One thing that always bugs me while playing this mod is the textures for topless NPCs. Is that ever going to be updated because it looks so odd?

No, It's the only textures I have for topless armor... but you can replace it manually if you have a better one.

i will never finish this mod because the first time my game crash i was talking with werewolf after that i try to talk to red riding hood. 5 times the game crash after that it work. the second time was when i try to do one of this quest

 

- Ravena must leave (Forgotten valley, HagRock Redoubt). Done. Warning ! Rape and Slavery ! very bugged !
Ravena the witch must leave the valley. You will help her... as her new pet.

i am really mad i try to play this mod but this mod have more problem than fun.

I have honestly a huge respect for your mod, you made an awesome, and an interesting atmosphere.

 

However (because there is always an negative side ), I find it unstable even if I don't start the Ravena quest.

 

To be precise, I just did the "Skirmish for Dummies" followed by the Yngrid's quest (entre nous, t'es français ? Parce que Jean Neige... J'ai bien rigolé). Right after this quest : no possible ways to fast travel to any outpost. Always a CTD. And when I reload, there is a CTD at the end of the loading screen (to be fair, about this last bug, I'm not saying that is it your mod's fault, it can be another...).

 

And I must admit it really grinds my gears because I'd love to finish your mod, so far it was awesome !

 

So, do you have any ideas what might cause these CTD ?

AFS is my first mod, so it contains some errors I didn't done in my other mods... FTD have the best storie, TID is the more complex and achieved, Ravenous the gorest...

 

In antoher hand, i get that problem with SD+ and shout like virgin... i think it's related to other things (like skeletons, scripts, etc...). I don't know actually.

Actually, I have SD+ installed, so it might be is fault.

 

I'm currently playing FTD (so much lovecraft, well done) and TID (some CTD too, but random ones, so I'll finish it), I like them, you're good at modding ! Keep it up !

I don't know what it is, but I had done this awesome mod before without any problems with the exception of the Ravena quests (which are borked) but just started a new game and can't even load any saves without getting CTDs after updating SD+ so have to let this mod go, which is a shame, because being a friend of Foresworn has many benefits.

Update :

 

So I uninstalled/reinstalled my Skyrim, put my usuals mods, even Things in the Dark and From the Deep (so far, both of them are great, so Lovecraft, much wow), and AFS.

But, I didn't installed SD+. Well, I still got the same bug after the yngrid's quest. However, if I don't do her quest, there are no bugs (still some randoms CTD, but it doesn't really bother me).

 

Maybe a lead to follow ?

Nevermind, same bug occured after my heart has been removed from my chest (I don't remember the name of the quest, with the woman hagraven and the giant). To be precise, the bug appeared after I talked to Phage.

After talking to Phage ? She just supposed to give you a new heart. Vulkos will put it in place.

I'm unable to extract the files from the .rar

Curious, it's a file present in AFS since a long time (it's the shamanic song you can heard during the ceremony).

 

I use winrar for packing/unpacking.

Hi, I've just completed the Trial of Wits (the one with the No Heart Woman quest) and I have no idea what to do next, no new quest has appeared, and none of the NPCs I have talked to are giving me any new ones......what do? HALP?!

Did you talk to Babdycia ? Which way you chosen ?

 

If shaman, talk to the Sicambres shama. If it's the briar, talk to Armin. If it's the werewolf, talk to Drana.

 

I'm going down the Shaman route and I've spoken to Thusnelda, but she doesn't give me a new quest....maybe I'll try again in a bit and see if anything new happens

 

addendum: Just reloaded a save before completing No Heart Woman and finished the quest again (talking to Badycia) she told me to talk to Thesnelda, but all I can talk to her about is the valley or the tribes, the same as unnamed Forsworn NPCs

 

addendum the second: actually, don't bother, I am no longer playing this mod as it is simply too unstable and buggy, nearly every time I travel between any of the new areas added I am plagued by constant CTDs. Maybe I'll come back after it has been patched some more, but right now, it is not worth the effort to play it, which is a shame as the mod had such potential.

 

 

Thusnelda should drive you to Ethrane little quest with her wolf.

yeah i agree, this mod has alot of potential and its very good and i hope you can kill all the bugs in it.

 

The main bug that i encounter and possibly the reason for the rest of the bugs:

 

Cannot fast travel or walk/fly (succubus mod ) to the outposts in skyrim when most of the quests are active, and since there appears to be problems with the quest stages i find this to be most likely the issue

 

the only possible fix that i can think of is to remake the quests and dont have to many quests for the same npc's or add a condition to the side quests to finish the main story first or finish the side/small quests first before joining a tribe..

 

maybe.. i dont know but i think something like this can fix it so dont hang me by the balls if im wrong

Maybe it's linked to your succubus mod... I use a ygnord or a purefalmer character, and I dont gat that problem.

 

Of course,Ravena quest disable fast travels...

Had a little look in the CK for AFS2SideQuestYngride for example, dont the stages need to be set as completed in a correct order?, might be that to.. btw this is to help

 

SetObjectiveDisplayed(5) for the Ravena quest, is that suppose to be 15?, there is no stage 5 and 15 is not getting listed

on stage 100 the setobjectivecompleted(80), there is no stage 80 listed here hehe

 

im no modder but that dont really look right to me but what do i know lol, if its just a little small errors like this then its great.. that means it will work great soon

you sure you uploaded the full mod?, you might have files that your mod needs that we dont.. i dont think its my succubus mod to be honest as the ctd problem only happen after i start a quest and come near your outposts and if i dont start quests then i can fly and walk everywere, im just trying to help not anything else

Yu have the two archives, right ?

 

Maybe there is also a skeleton problem with some mod armors... it happened to me one time, but I solved it by reinstalling skyrim. I never understood why I got that problem.
