The logo has nothing to do with it. Neither does the style. Especially not the product, as a trademark is specifically intended to identify a product -- and is not to be used for other products.

Without a specific logo, an art style and other things that can be associated with a specific product, that's the definition of hijacking. You have to prove that your product as a whole is "unique" to get that trademark.
