Especially not the product, as a trademark is specifically intended to identify a product -- and is not to be used for other products. Without a specific logo, an art style and other things that can be associated with a specific product, that's the definition of hijacking. You have to prove that your product as a whole is "unique" to get that trademark.

I'm personally done arguing with people like bjornk who refuse to listen to logic and common sense and would rather make shit up just to try and support their stance.
