Kolotua Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Hey everyone,  So, I just installed the Sexlab framework in order to allow me to use the Spouses Enhanced mod, but upon trying to start any scene other than the kiss with my spouse, Skyrim crashes and an error message appears. This error is practically impossible to read because Skyrim is convinced it's still open so I can't just browse my PC normally, but because it has crashed, it won't close without removing the error message with it.  However, I have managed to read some of the message:  "Error - Can't Initialise Renderer." I'm assuming it's a failure to utilise the animations included in sexlab, but when I use GenerateFNISforusers, it says all the animations have been loaded and that there are no warnings/errors.  I was hoping somebody might be able to tell me what I need to do to fix this; it's not an error I've had since installing Sexlab and Spouses Enhanced.  Thanks.  Edit1: Just changed the load order; Spouses Enhanced was at the bottom of my loadlist, so I moved it to just beneath sexlab. I'm now getting       "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library,        Runtime Error!        Program; C:...        R6025        -pure virtual function cell  " Don't know what this means either, any opinions?  Edit2: So, I've downloaded and used BOSS to sort my mods, and also (as suggested on another thread) installed a newer papyrus util. Now, some of the sex scenes work, whilst some CTD me with no warnings or errors whatsoever.
t3h0th3r Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 What mod manager and mod sorter are you using?
Kolotua Posted February 11, 2015 Author Posted February 11, 2015 What mod manager and mod sorter are you using? NMM and no sorter :l
t3h0th3r Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 get LOOT and sort your mods, chances are (slim) that this may already be enough fix it. if not, ditch NMM and get MO, it takes some time to figure it out but it will be worth it in the long run (MO has LOOT already builtin btw).
chajapa Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Also... I started using One Tweak to run Skyrim windowed, but full screen. (it looks just like "normal" full screen... no bar at the bottom and no "window borders"). This allows me to simply ALT+TAB out of Skyrim at any time. It's still running... full screen... behind whatever I tab to (like a browser or an error message), but I get to open Task Manager if needed or just look up some configuration thing or whatever.Â

I got BOSS and sorted my mods with it; most of the sexlab stuff works now, but some animations now just cause a CTD instead. I know for a fact the living out fantasies and the experimenting ones don't work (when you ask your spouse if they think they can take a little pain in Spouses Enhanced).
t3h0th3r Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 use LOOT, which is the successor to BOSS (which is outdated).
Kolotua Posted February 16, 2015 Author Posted February 16, 2015 use LOOT, which is the successor to BOSS (which is outdated). I've used LOOT now, and I'm still unable to use half of the sex animations without a CTD :/
