Need help tweaking and identifying script intensive mod

Hello!

My Skyrim setup work pretty well but i would like to tweak it a bit more so i can use SAM. I tried SAM, replacing all SOS stuff and im getting huge lag peak due when SAM scan the NPC and assign aliases / body morphing. Its game breaker when i get into combat as the script lag the fuck out, freeze etc. it get unplayable. So easy answer could be : dont use SAM, but i like the body variation and the feeling of immersion it give me.

Bellow is my huge load order and my skyrim.ini. I'm very close to the mod limit but all in all the game run very smooth and 40+ fps. I need help identifying script intensive mods and if possible find alternative for theses mods. I have removed from the list the mods that has been merge in the bash patch.

My computer spec :

- intel core i7-2600k @ 3.40ghz

- 8Gb DDR3

- Nvidia GTX 960

When someone complains about scripts the first thing I look for is Wet and Cold, and Footprints and what do you know; its there, nearly, every, time.

But it depends on how they were scripted, as I'm not overly familiar with them.

Try that. You should increase those two values by 0.4, starting from the default value of 1.2. I find that 2.0 is fine fer my 90 or so mods.

The max you can get out of Papyrus is:

any more increase and you will lose, not gain.

You don't have to remove your mods or change your ini. I swear people give the same answer for every problem.

A lot of your mods should have cloak effects going by your load order. If you increase the timers on them so they run less often it will greatly improve your performance. So just increase the run timers on the scripted mods you have. Should be able to go in their respective MCMs and check the timers. Most are probably defaulted at 5s (which is fine for high end pcs) You probably wanna increase it to 120s for most and less for anything like enhanced blood. Try 10s with enhanced blood.

Go from the top of your MCM list and check in all of them. A lot have cloak effects.

PS: Make sure you get lanterns of Skyrim since that was defaulted to every 5 secs even though it only works at night... once then again in the mourning lol. Set it to 120s as well.

And Point the way isn't a scripted mod... so Aydoo is talking the crazy talk lol

well... tried every solutions but SAM still lag my PC to her knees when spamming "Alias added for xxxxx" for a little while (until it goes thru all the male npc around) and start to scan again when i move and, of course, lag my game to a fubar level :/

I will wait for a less script intensive version or mcm options of SAM i guess

I haven't even tried SAM yet. When I looked at it, it didn't have any of the improvements that B3lisario made to SOS with were pretty much all script based. Since the scripts were the main problem before B3lisario took over the project, it seemed like a backwards update.

It's not to hard to increase the script run time to 120s and fix your lag but you'd have to ask Vector what the console command is.
