What bug is this ?

After doing the wolfskull quest  I had glowing eyes on my pc ( see pic )

What can I do to remove this

 

and after a sex scene  Erikur is walking  strange ( see pics )

Anyway, try resurrecting Erikur. I've only seen this a couple of times but if memory serves resurrecting the NPC fixes it.

 

As for the eyes, try removing unwanted magic effects from player.

I think you should probably start looking into what's going wrong in general to be having those eyes issues and all them seams.

I know about this bug. It's easy to "fix" the eyes with console magic.

 

player.addspell 000f71d1

 

Close the console and open it again.

 

player.removespell 000f71d1

 

Eyes issues usually happen after killing draugrs.

Eyes issues usually happen when you forget USKP and it's companions.

USKP tries to prevent some glitches but it's not perfect and can actually hinder removal of unwanted effects as outlined in that tutorial I linked.

USKP was foyting those in latest versions. USKP also comes with ingame shrines to remove unwanted effects. Can be found inside the Temple of Kynareth in Whiterun.
