Sexlab causing save file bloat(?)

So After all this years I actually installed sexlab.

Is it just me or is this known to cause huge save files?

My lvl 55 character wich I played for almost 200hrs had a savegame file of only 16mb and was relatively consistent in growing.

now after installing sexlab the size of my gamefiles skyrocket to 100mb. Not only only did it make a huge jump, it is also growing rapidly.

After playing not even 1 hour more, it reached already the 130mb.

So before I had 16mb for almost 200hours, now it grew 30mb withing 1 hour of play...

 

Is this only me?

Can I fix this or do I have to say goodbye to sexlab again?! 

 

 

Oh and I've got another unrelated question: can the sex animations be triggered by the console? like the idle animations.

I mean target an NPC, then let him do his sex thing on the spot...

I've been running sexlabs for a very long time and I can assure you it's not the cause of bloat. Maybe there are some mods that use sexlab framework that causes it, I don't know because I didn't try them all. But in that case it's not a sexlabs issue but another mod using it.

 

I've played for hundreds of hours with it and my savegame has never been bigger then 16 mb

Check your Papyrus log I can assure you it is not sexlab causing it as it is only the framework that other mods use to easily make their mods work without having to do a lot of added things that they use to have to do. The log is in computer/computer brand/users/whatever you put for name/my documents/my games/skyrim/logs/scripts/papyrus logs are here. There should be Papyrus.0.log throughPapyrus.3.log open Papyrus.0.log and look and see which mod is spamming the Papyrus log that might be the one you are looking for.

 

Also it is a good idea when posting a problem that you post your load order so everyone can see what you have installed into your game they might see a mod that they know that is known for save file bloat.

There WAS a save bloat glitch some many versions ago, can't remember when, if it was in the 1.3x or the 1.5x series, but it's long since been fixed in either case. Update your SexLab if you haven't in awhile, older versions aren't supported for a reason.
