Major texture glitch

This glitch has happened twice now, once while fighting bandits in Falskaar. And now Aela the Huntress. The entire screen looks like this.

 

I thought maybe it was her armor, Ancient Nord (draugr), but I can use the console to try it on me and it's fine. So I'm not sure what's breaking the textures.

 

Also, Aela accosts me constantly while I'm in Jorvasskr. She chases me around and keeps initiating conversation with her sword drawn.

Yes the armor is broken at any weight other than maximum or minimum

Ok I got it, I had one body type for Cuirass0 and another body type for Cuirass1

 

As for the harrassment by the Jorvasskr kids I'm not sure what it is but I've read they'll annoy you if you have any bounties in Skyrim so I'm going to go pay Windhelm for murdering their guards

And a little update... the companions will draw their swords and initiate conversation if you have any outstanding bounties in Skyrim. I paid them all off and now they're fine. No more harassment.

I had it before but not with Aela I had it a few times with the one brother if you were in whiterun he would follow you if you were in the companions building he would chase you draw his sword say something about the koldica said I'm suppose to be your friend or something like that put sword away and repeat pulling sword and muttering the same thing. Finally I had enough of his shit and if I saw him I would TFC and console kill his ass before he got close to me and when I left whiterun I clicked on his dead body and once I got far enough away typed in resurrect. Can't remember if he was essential and I had to remove it or not so the console command kill would work. Then later did his cure quest and was done with him. One good thing about it though was the brother was a good cash horse each time he dies you got 200 gold from the yarl.
