smudge78 Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 About to install FONV and sexout along with various plugs that go with it. What is the best male body replacer to use for sexout? I know bodys by race is incompatible with sexoutNG, what about Type 6? Is playing sexoutNG as a male worth it? My last question is does animated prostitution and sexoutNG play nice with each other?
prideslayer Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 Type6 is a female body, not a male, but it does work -- I use it. Any male body replacer will work, body by race *might* even work, but most users trying report problems. If you want to try it yourself, fiddle a lot with the sexoutNG undress, redress, and bodysuit settings. For males there are really only two choices: Breezes and Roberts. Roberts is probably the better looking, Breezes is compatible with vanilla male textures (same UVmap). Try them both and see what you think. Remember to use FOMM for them, especially roberts since it will install new textures that will not work with the vanilla or breezes mesh, so removing it without removing those will result in screwed up textures on all male actors.

[/quote'] Thank you. Sorry got another question. Is there any point in using the rapers plug-in if I'm playing as a male?
prideslayer Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 To be honest, there's almost no point in using any of sexout if you're playing as a male -- most (not all, but most) of the content in the mods is geared towards a female PC. That said, there is some male friendly content in a few of the tryouts, and sexoutsex and howabout both work fine for males. Rapers (which is seriously broken by the way) is fine for male or female PCs. You can adjust all the settings to your hearts content, resulting in only being raped by female NPCs, NPCs raping NPCs but not the player to provide ('background sex'), etc.
smudge78 Posted February 27, 2012 Author Posted February 27, 2012 Thank you for the help prideslayer. A little discerning that sexout is geared more toward females. In your opinion what would be the best non sexout sexual related mod for a male PC?
prideslayer Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 Thank you for the help prideslayer. A little discerning that sexout is geared more toward females. In your opinion what would be the best non sexout sexual related mod for a male PC? Despite the lack of male focused content, sexout is still the best sexual related mod for either gender. Other mods have even less. Something like Humping the Mojave is basically 100% workable with a male PC, but that's 100% of... not much content, compared to sexout. Sexout will give you more to do as a male, even though only 10 or 15% of it is geared towards males, simply because there's so much more to it as a whole. Just my (admittedly biased) opinion.
gregathit Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 While as Prideslayer is correct (when is he not?) in that there certainly can be crashes, the latest version of brutal rapers is working quite stable for me. Bandit females are learning to run the other way when they see my PC coming Couple smaller talk and sexout sex (both in the downloads section) it is a bit of a laugh to get more than a black screen with the various women that the vanilla game allowed you to "sleep with", not to mention getting it on with the prostitutes in front of Gomorrah. Version of brutal rapers that I have found to be stable is in post 535 here: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=2107&page=54
prideslayer Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Daily Greg, Daily. If I were right all the time SexoutNG wouldn't have gone through almost 40 releases to get to where it is now -- which is where I expected I'd have it with V1.0
smudge78 Posted February 28, 2012 Author Posted February 28, 2012 Thanks guys. Busy now trying to figure out the installation:( The only thing that has got me stumped now is the "skeleton" part in Prides sexoutNG topic and the BNB? I want to use type6 female bodies, don't really care if they bounce, but just so I'm clear I "need" to install the skeleton from your sexoutNG post pride and the "BNB_Bod-35047-1-0.7z." file for all this to work( I'm using the 3 plug-ins you recommended pride )? Sorry for asking here, didn't want to flood the forum.
gregathit Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 You can strip out the skeletons (there are two: 1st person and 3rd person) from the bnb mod, use the one from the sexout thread or grab this one: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=45229 I am using version 1.2 right now.
Rogue13 Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Question on the Robert's Male Body and Sexout. I far prefer the Robert's male body (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/39880). I find the marathoner body looks more post-apocalyptic than the Breeze bodybuilder body (i.e. this thin wiry-muscled body looks like he has missed a few meals and has been through some hell). Then add the hairy texture (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/37610) and you've got just about right. So, I am reluctant to go back to Breeze's. The problem is that many of the Sexout animations don't line up correctly (Robert's is hung lower) and the Sexout bodysuit doesn't look as right. Question 1: Is it just me? Question 2: If is isn't just me, is there a simple fix?
iron_jack Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 1. No, it's not just you. 2. No, there's no simple fix. I prefer Robert's body as well, but you just have to deal with slight misalignment, unless you want to determine the necessary offsets for every single position in-game and then apply them in the GECK. edit: or I suppose you could alter Robert's mesh to line up better with Breeze's, if you have the knowhow (I do not)
prideslayer Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 When my current crop of argh is sorted out, I am thinking of ways to add proper support for different body types to sexout. For the male bodies this is more or less easy as people don't (or at least don't tend to) install different nude male meshes for the player than for the NPCs. I can put an MCM control in to select between breezes and roberts and use the appropriate offsets for whichever one. Somebody will have to go through and find all the right offsets for the roberts animations though and send them to me, as you did once already jack.. A little easier this time as creatures are not required since there are no M+creature animations at this time. Supporting different female bodies is roughly the same, though a bit trickier since there are so many. I haven't heard of any alignment issues between them though since they're all based on type3. Alignment issues with females usually just come from either setting scale to something other than 1.0, different breast sizes clipping (or not aligning with the males hands). Combining the two sets to come up with one set of offsets that work with female body X, male body Y, will be fairly complicated, if my assumption about the female bodies is wrong.
iron_jack Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 For the record there is also now Kendo 2s BIG BOY for Breeze Male, which should more or less align with Breeze of course, but there may be some "impalement" issues, what with the larger member. Don't know if enough people use it to worry about it though.
Rogue13 Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 Thanks for the response prideslayer & iron_jack. pride, if you would be willing to do the MCM control that would be AWESOME! Thank you for just even considering doing this.
prideslayer Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 I can certainly do it, it's no problem. The real work comes in from somebody doing the alignments. They have to be done with the Roberts body for a male, and a fairly generic Type3 for the female. Doing alignment work is not difficult but it is very tedious.
Rogue13 Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 Hi there prideslayer & iron_jack, Ok, I have never done alignment work and i'm not finding a lot of info online. I took a look at Sexout.esm in GECK and I think it's SexoutNGAnimPositionSCRIPT and SexoutNGAnimPositionSCRIPTV2 that i'm looking for. Is this right? Any tips/suggestions would be helpful. Also, what format would be best? No promises, but I will see what I can do.
prideslayer Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 There is a how-to in the NG main thread. You do not use the geck or anything, you just issue console commands to play animations with different offsets. Once you have offsets that work for an anim, write them down, move on to the next anim. It's all done within the game.
iron_jack Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 To add to what Pride said, in the main SexoutNG downloads there should be some documentation giving you the anim numbers and such, though I have no idea if it's anywhere near complete or not. When I did it last time, I was told exactly which anims needed adjusting, so I didn't have to worry about missing any.
prideslayer Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 This is to align the Roberts body so every anim is going to need investigated and likely adjusted, only creatures and masturbation are the exceptions. Some will likely not be able to be aligned perfectly if Roberts has a different trunk or arm length. The GECK or FNVEdit will be 'needed' but only to get the full list of valid animation numbers, no modifications are needed in either of them.
