Per request, this is a Bodyslide conversion of Painted Lady pubic mesh mod. This should make the mod compatible with LUSH Body or any other CBBE body preset. All kudos go to PsychoMachina for the original mod.

 

REQUIRES original mod here.

 

1. Install original mod.

2. Install this.

3. Build in Bodyslide.

4. Run exuberantly through your wicked garden.

EEEEEEEEEEE! Thank you! I've been hoping for a body-slide compatible colorable pubic hair mod! I use one that's just a flat texture, so not only does it not match the colors, but it also gets stretched out weirdly whenever my tummy is inflated. Thank you, sugar! Here, have five stars...

To the question above, you need the "Painted Lady REDONE" version. This adds a slider under "Hair" where males have the "facial hair" option instead; the old version simply adds the same pubic hair to everyone.

Obviously you need a "waxed" body texture for this to work properly.

 

Works pretty good on my Yoga Teacher v2 body:

 

For bodies with larger shape differences, we would need a version with weight slider and i'm not sure if this is possible with a body hair mesh.

 

Another thing is that when you look at it from the side, it seems to stand off from the body but that's just how the mesh/texture transparency reacts with the background.

Also the pubic mesh does never really match the head-hair by 100%, i would say that it always seems about 2-3 color tones brighter. Has nothing to do with your conversion of course.

I think I'm missing something.  The directions seem very simple, but the pubes aren't showing up.

I rebuilt my Bodyslide 2 body after thses two were installed

 

I don't see the slider in the RaceMenu (using RaceMenu v3), and while I have pubes (from Bodyslide 2 itself) they are not only a different color from my character's hair, they are completely untextured which was the original reason I wanted this mod.  Can someone help?  I'd rather not have glowing purple pubes....

To get rid of your glowing pubes, in Bodyslide select CBBE Body HDT or CBBE Body TBBP, select your preferred body preset. Click Build.

 

As to Painted Lady, make sure ESM is checked in your load order. Other than that, someone else may be able to help since I don't use it.
