Weird body glitch-body goes crazy during animation

Hey guys, i got this weird bug where when having sex an NPC bodies polygons go crazy and all over the place. I never experienced this bug before. I attached a screenshot of the bug below. please comment with any possible solutions or bug fixes. Thanks in advance

Have this happen to me all the time, and not just during animations.  It's something funky with HDT.  dont know what to do about it.  Save/Reload seems to fix it temporarily.

This is more likely a skeleton issue! So which body type do you use? CBBE, UNP,  Etc: Let me know!
