It has some lightweight actions as part of Dialogues but it is really designed to be used by other mods for their own enslavement. 

Right now, only Sangune Debauchery is using it since I developed it to work with it.

So the short answer is that you won't get much out of it without SD installed as well.

I have SD installed but that mod focusses only on enslaving the player. I was more interested if I could corrupt and enslave NPCs with SL Dialogues. Having sex with them via dialogue is easy enough.
