Sorinade Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 As I don't want to risk hijacking anyone elses thread and i'm trying to keep my stupid questions to as small an area as possible on this forum, I've created my own thread (hopefully in the correct place as it's purely Skyrim related). Added some spoilers to skip the background info. I'm struggling with textures and to decide on a bodytype that has TBBP (belly, breast and butt physics, unless I've misunderstood what TBBP means...). I'm running MO, SKSE, HDT & HDT heels, FNIS, XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended, zaz and SL, DD mods (almost completely succesfully). Started off running with mods about 6months ago (with Steam wrokshop, then NMM+Boss, then NMM+Loot, then I woke up and got MO and found LL. Planning to try making mods at some point, but still working on mistakes with installing and running mods before I try the advanced part. Started off using CBBE, really liked it for npcs but not for my char. Swapped to UNP, liked it a lot all round. Then decided to try the other physics options BBP/TBBP so went back to CBBE with TBBP as it was the first I found. It was good, but I still didn't like the overall effect for my char. So I decided to try UNPB TBBP... ... and thus to my main issue I've really been struggling to get working textures on UNPB. I keep getting a funny look, the dirt sliders are reversed for some reason and although I got a useable look for a while - the npcs had issues I couldn't fathom out. All elves seem to have the wrong elve race head for their body race and with UNPB all the npcs were very well endowed... which is not my interest. Been running: DIMONIZED UNP female body (disabled) UNP BLESSED BODY- UNPB REDUX PROJECT b3lisario's UNPB BBP Pregnant Body (beta) Real Girls Realistic Body Texture for UNP UNPB and SeveNBase - WIP No More Blocky Faces No More Ugly Bronze Shine Also - SG female eyebrows, The Eyes Of Beauty, HD teeth-34346-1-0, Better Vampire Fangs and Glowing Eyes. Don't think I had either of these turned on: Normalmaps UNP Seamless-20483-3-2 SG%20Textures%20Renewal%20UNP-35267-1-5 Even on the lightest skin colour, my norn char looks like she's been caught in a fake tan explosion (horrible, not so much when in the racemenu, but ingame). Could it be it the lighting settings from realvision which is interacting oddly with the textures? Am I stupidly missing something I should be running with this setup. Do i need to bite the bullet and figure out how to use bodyslide/tes5edit to solve my npc appearance issues? Summing up my failures: I've searched with no clear result for a normal UNP TBBP body... does one exist or is UNP Blessed the only version? The LL search function seems to dislike me, the amount of times I can't find mods with it that I know the name of as i've already installed them. Maybe I just keep looking in the wrong place for guides which cover TBBP body setups, as eveyone seems to have their perfect setup and i never find a concensus so stay confused Any help/guidance is appreciated.
Gameplayer Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 TBBP and HDT are unfortunately missassociated at times. HDT means the parts are effected by physics that you get from an XML packed file typically "HDT physics" should give a result if not just look here on LL a whole thread under the Skyrim header for physics extensions. BTW mostly your only going to find Breast bounce, Butt and Belly are less common. Belly node stuff is rare to find especially stuff like satisfactory functional outfits. For the most part any "Unp" texture will work for a UNP body type there are some issues when using 7B body types for example the normal maps seldom fit correctly. If your using a lighting overhaul or ENB for that matter you now have to narrow your search done to look for body textures that work with ENB sorry I don't use ENB. Not even sure if TBBP UNP exists. Sorry man but base line Unp has very little bounce stuff available compared to other unp body types like the unpb and 7B varieties. Its just how it is. If you want more HDT enabled stuff your going to want to look at UNPB, 7B and its variants there are a lot of 7B bodies. CBBE has a lot of TBBP and HDT. Real TBBP is not having stuff made for it anymore, most make HDT enabled outfits and no that doesn't mean all parts usually only just means that the breast and maybe the butt have physics. There are far less ppl into Belly node stuff.

gvman3670 Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Search Nexus for UNP HDT-PE body. There is one there. I use it myself, but I don't know if it has a belly node or not. It jiggles nice, although there aren't a ton of physics enabled clothes for it. UNPB stuff can be used on it, though. Lose blocky faces, it does nothing for a nodded head or one tweaked in RM or ECE. And just matching head and body textured from the dane set.

Guess i'll need to investigate some of the other UNP bodytypes then and try to be more precise about which textures to use. edit - Ok, thank you again. Had a look at another body mod and think i've found the one i'll go with. Sevenbase TBBP. Might have actually changed my opinion on the larger breasted body models for skyrim. Don't know what i'd done wrong with the textures last time, had no such issues this time. Just one little question for anyone who uses SeveNbase... is the char supposed to move constantly? spent 20minutes chasing her around the racemenu system and she keeps turning through 360deg, it's a very nice idle animation... but makes it a pain to design my char
gvman3670 Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 Yeah, some have an idle built in. Since you're using MO just place whatever idle you prefer below the 7B body in the left pane in Mod Organizer.
