Thanks for taking the time to show interest in this topic even if you have no idea what could be wrong. First off I use mod organizer. Most things in NMM I have been told can be applied to MO in on way or another so even if you have no experience using MO any info would be helpful. The mod order list will be below.
 
I started a game high elf. Played it for a while and noticed when I became a vampire it wasn't using the better vampires scripts after I became one. Not a problem I thought. Did all the procedures on the mods page to uninstall it and even started a new character. That time I chose the succubus race by Nikitaa. Again I saw it say that the BV scripts were not being used. I don't recall installing anything that altered the vampire scripts from the BV mod and anything that did mention BV on it's page said it was compatible. I don't know how to get it started. I know I could just deactivate all the mods and check one by one to see what mod affects it but I thought I'd ask in case someone knew a fix so I can save my character and time used on it. Never cleaned BV either. Heard it was supposed to stay dirty.

Copied from LOOT. I didn't know what all the "C"'s meant so I left them there in case someone knew what it meant and if it was causing the problem. I made the mod names bold to distinguish it's messages a bit easier.

Have you started using the mod through an already existing game? I had this same issue with Better Vampires, I sorta got it working with some trickery but some stuff still didn't work

 

I fixed it by starting a new game

Yes actually. I noticed it wasn't working on my first character after I was turned into a vampire. Then I started a new game and the scripts still weren't running.

Going to try adding and removing one by one. If anyone that happens to come across this thread any assistance is appreciated that may shorten my time of nearly 200 mods to test. If I figure it out myself I'll post it here.
