Using MO, having trouble with FNIS.

So I just started using MO, trying to get FNIS to work but having some trouble.

I've installed the FNIS GenerateFNISforUsers in both the Data folder of Skyrim, as in my MO folder. Tried running both trough MO and they regocnise the mods I have installed, and seem to register them all without any problems, but when I go in-game and try to trigger them, nothing happens.

I've moved the overwrite files into a mod and activated that, but it doesn't work either.

Anyone able to help me? I would post my load order but I'm not sure how to easily show it from MO.

Thanks for your reply, I tried that and got this message in FNIS:

 Seems fine right?

I then placed all the files in the overwrite folder in a mod called "FNIS - Patch" and activated it at the bottom of my mod list.

In-game the same thing happens, when trying to trigger an animation nothing happens.

Did you forget to activate one of the patches in the lower area? They are needed if you have installed one of the mods, mentioned by the links, got installed.

Second, I would suggest you just try the "Consistence Check", maybe there will appear a warning.

Using the Gender Specific, and Arm-fix patches, as far as I could tell those are all I need, ran a consistence check and FNIS reported 0 possible errors.
