Edit: It seems I finaly got them to work, thanks anyways.

So I've included my load order, as well as the mods i still need to add (the red colored ones for those who have never used NMM) Everything was working fine until i added SexLab_Aroused_v20140124, ZazAnimationPack_Main_V0600 and ZazAnimationPack_Textures_V0600. Now my game doesn't work right. (when I either have incompatible mods or in the wrong order the New game Prison transport freaks out and goes flying.)  All of the other mods in that list where working fine so i know it has to be one of them....Can someone tell me how to fix this/what the right load order should be?

Ignore the papyrusutilv28 mod in the list of mods I intend to add. That was from when Sexlabs was giving me an error and downloaded that to fix it. I fixed the Sexlabs problem without using papyrusutilv28 but forgot to delete it from the list of mods to add.

The issue is likely caused by a mod that is updating the ninodes of the player. If you have something that is adjusting the character skeleton or modifying something (the device hider in Integration has caused the issue) you may have to disable it until after the carriage ride.

Any animation mod can cause the prison carriage freak out.  It's a well known and ancient issue.  Animated Prostitution was a major cause for this several years ago.  Several options:

1)  Do not install/activate any animation mods until you get into Helgen keep (first place you can actually do a save).  Basically only have the mods activate that are necessary to create the character (body/face/textures, armor, etc).  Then once you get into the keep, save, quit, then install/activate the mods needed.

2)  Bypass the standard start by using a mod like Live Another Life-Alternate Start mod (or any similar mod).  You can choose various starting options that will bypass the Helgen start completely.

3)  You might try this mod:  http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46703/? .  It modifies the cart itself.  Apparently the cart mesh has some kind of collision issue that other mods cause it to freak out.  It was originally done to fix the freakout caused by SOS, but it seems to fix other mod conflicts with the carts.

Just to note, I had the cart freakout when playing this on XBOX 360.  No mods (of course).  So anything can cause it (hell, running over a damned rabbit can do it...)

I would stop using BOSS because it isn't being updated anymore. Switch to LOOT (made by the same folks) and see if running that makes a difference. You can get it here: http://loot.github.io/

I HAVE to have BOSS for Skykids.

Then the problem would still exist. I use the cart flying off to see if there is a load order problem.

1) anything that makes the cart freak out, will make my character freak out in place unmovable once i load after saving there.

2) no, aside from the fact the problem is still there, I want to play from the start.

3) Tried it, it didn't help.

This is the funniest bug ever. I usually use Quickstart, but sometimes I like to watch the intro to see everyone carrying on with their conversation, oblivious to how the upside down cart is dragging their heads through the gravel. Or spinning around while the horse is trying to continue trotting forward against the tree in front of it, with the town of Helgen behind it. I've even gotten killed by a collision before reaching the execution site. This can happen with a clean vanilla setup launched through SKSE.

1)  That is usually caused by not running the FNIS Generator.  You must run the FNIS Generator after adding/removing any animation or other FNIS-related mods.  S, enter the keep, quit, install the necessary mods, sort, run FNIS Generator.  Job Done.

2)  You're choice of course, but you need to either not install the mods causing the problem until after entering the keep, or bypass with LAL.  Other option is to start the game with NO mods at all, then when you get to the point of character creation, quit.  Look in the gme save folder and you'll notice there is an autosave named "Prisoner".  Save a copy off somewhere.  Then add your mods, run FNIS, then launch the game using that "Prisoner" save.  Bypasses the cart ride, but has the mods added before character creation.  Although it has been noted in the past that some mods can also mess up the Alduin entrance scene.  You're best bet is to wait til entering the keep, then install the mods.

3)  Wasn't sure if it would help with that particular scene, but several people have noted how it did help.
