So apparently Illusion is working on a new game and it's taking a new approach over past products. It seems to have multiple females on screen and multiple sex partners. Customization from what I could figure out must be typical outfits and body. BUt really I can tell outfits are switchable from the screen, not sure about the rest. What else is there is still to be figured out as they continue to give out information.

Soo....yeah....new game by Illusion woohoo!

what the... My ISP blocked illusion website too, what the fuck...

back to the topic:
FINALLY... FOURSOME... that looks awesome..
let's just hope it will be better than AA2, AA2 has a little improvement than AA, that's why I get bored easily when I played it. The only Illusion games that's I like Artificial Girl 3 + Hannari.

Artificial Girl 4 is what we want, Illusion teased in Artificial Academy 2 in the items during customization. That game had the right direction, if only expanded upon more could it be all the better. Let's hope with this product they'll start kicking it up a notch.

It seems that Illusion's going the EA route these days.  Sticking to tried and true formulas with quick production times in order to make a profit, along with snippets of DLC that don't really add much of value.  This is the profit driven system that pushed me away from console gaming, and it's infecting the PC game market, including the h-game market.  It saddens me to look at what gaming's becoming.

Illusion will probably have competition soon if they are not careful.

Alot of japanese indie devs are messing with Unity3d game engine because of its ease of use

Even some of bigger companies seem to be moving to unity

Pretty sure harem mate is unity as well along with their other game

Heres to hoping some indie comes along and does a decent game.

Actually a lot of companies are changing to Unity3D not because is ease to use, is because is a extremely cheap engine... I can tell you, I tested Unity3d for almost a year and I still prefer UDK and CryEngine. But... Unity3D Pro licence cost only 1500 dollars... and CryEngine and UDK Full Licence is above one million....

And not only the price, Unity is actually, a very good engine, Blizzard used it to make Hearthstone, Bioware for the browser galaxy app in SWTOR, and now Illusion for their games.

Now we just need to wait for somebody to make a real game with it, and we can see how it holds up against the old engines.

Hearthstone is an excellent game, and use Unity3D, but yes... I see your point... too much "paid asset" "paid script" and "paid everything" to make something for free... xD

Actually, thats the big limitation of the engine, its survive based on all those microtransaction they make, and not with the "million dollar" licence of others AAA video game engines.

Actually, my point is that none of those games exceed flash quality by too much. The games I've seen that couldn't be made just as well in flash tend to run about as smooth as grit, although that could just be classic japanese developers not knowing how to optimize PC games.

Eh...from what I've read, it looks like they're following their usual trend of "Release one good game, then fill the gap with shallow Poser Studios/VNs".

The screenshots (The few that are there) make it look like Premium Play Darkness, but with AA2 graphics.

Also, as someone posted in hongfire, The switch to Unity will probably allow them to have more than one girl on the screen, without having your computer lag.

i think sexy beach 3 still is the best out of all games they did, sexy beach zero had horrible graphics..and real kanajo had no story

and this looks like it will be the same...

Cute..but cute isnt enough for a hentai game =x

Hmm, in AG3 times i was eager to see the next release of Illusion. Meanwhile i just ignore them as most likely they are dump down animation engines with limited interaction. Even the graphics and the animation didn't improve.

I agree, a couple of years ago i would go " OMG another illusion game ! " but nowadays is "meh.."

Indeed after spending time checking out their games and learning the ways of the Circle. Illusion and all other H game developers are meh and always will remain as such for cheap quick development and profit. We need someone to step it up a notch and actually make something that's more in depth and not just Fapping Material.

I have to agree, I played HaremMate for about 20 minutes. It was awful, not even meh, just  awful. From what I understand from the forums, even the Japanese are fed up with the crap they're churning out now too.

Premium play darkness and real play i liked a bit because of the fetish content, but i also fully agree. Years ago their games like schoolmate/sexy beach3/ag 2/3 were quite nice, but their newer games seem way to rushed and all miss in one area or another compared to their older games.

Well if JP is fed up with sexual stuff you know it's a problem. XD

Since the translations are taking forever we got some basic menu ones first at least. So now you can read what everything says. While it has a large amount of clothes, ability to edit rooms, and multiple people on screen with hardly any problems; Harem Mate is about as weak and worthless as their past products. Except Academy, Girl, and Beach those were the good stuff.
