I've had the same problem, it could be two things: 1) Your skeletons aren't compatible with your mesh/animations, or 2) You're experiencing a memory block saturation.

This is all I can do to help you, past this point is up to you whether you try and apply this patch to your Skyrim. Good luck though.

Real Clouds has issues with Climates of Tamriel and it may be causing issues with Real Shelter as that is erroring quite a bit. I had issues with Real Clouds and CoT as well, I removed Real Clouds and the random crashes went away.

Some plugins you may have to bash or merge -- mostly armor or weapons (assuming that you're not using a reproccer) to free up some space.

 

Try to use Papyrus Data Transfer to try cleaning up your gamesaves (back them up first).

 

BTW, are you using a mod manager of sorts?

Real Shelter is a great idea but a total Papyrus spammer and it always has been. It's been on my personal blacklist a while now, along with Footprints, Wet & Cold, Supreme Storms and Player Headtracking - all mods that have been commonly present during catastrophic instability and shitty performance in my past. It's been known to have a lot of conflicts though it seems to have been getting patches lately. 

 

I know it's dirty and unsophisticated work, but If it were me I'd be doing the old process of elimination problem solving routine, disabling mods in order of most recent first until you can get to a stable state - using TES5 to filter for conflicts as a guide to what might be the prime suspects is probably helpful too.  Load your save in Save Game Cleaner too, see if it turns up any orphaned scripts.

It's all very well posting logs, but you're not telling us what steps you've taken, so everybody's going to be giving you the same advice over and over again.

 

What have you done so far? Anything?

just nothing, i just spoke with aranea, then azura, and after that when i was going to enter the Star, CTD

 

Before that when i was inside of the star with another test save, after killing the 1st daedra CTD, and its always after the 1st daedra

 

and Again  with another save, when i was going to kill the 1st skeever in Ysgramor's tomb during Glory of the Dead, CTD, even when i load the save in the same spot, its CTD

 

 

but after looking the logs, it looks like Climates of tamriel + patch is fucked up

Do you have any follower with you when crashing?

I'm not an expert at reading/diagnosing Papyrus logs but your log doesn't look that terrible. I don't see anything that should be making you crash in there.

Have you tried loading a game and simply stand there doing absolutely nothing for a few minutes? That would probably let you know if it's a specific mod that's causing the crash upon running it's "on load" maintenance or something.

Try loading a game and stand there for a few minutes, don't do anything see if your game still crashes in a couple minutes.

Next tell Serana to piss off and go do something that'd previously cause you to crash.

I just read somewhere that this line "RNPC: Periodic update check." is related to Dawnguard stuff, although I'm not sure what, and those lines are always at the bottom of all of your logs, and that's when the CTDs occur.

Serana is looking more and more like the culprit.

Have you tried running your save through one of the "save cleaner" programs? If you're really thinking of uninstalling the game, should probably give that a try first. With or without backing your save file up lol. Make a backup if you plan to run it through another save cleaning software, or just if you don't want it to get any more messed up or something.

When you're running so many mods in your game things just get messy, and when they do it's very difficult to diagnose I'm afraid I hope someone else can help you out on this.

Ah, the dreaded "RNPC Periodic Update Check." I had lots of random crashes a few months ago, always with that line at the end of the log. I did some searching online and nobody seemed to know what it was except for one reference - as MonaBabii mentioned - to it possibly being part of Dawnguard. It was happening to me long before I even started the Dawnguard quest, though.

 

Anyway, I'm not 100% certain what fixed it, but I suspect it was cleaning the Dawnguard esm with TES5Edit. All I can say is that after cleaning it (along with half a dozen esps LOOT flagged as containing ITM records) I never had a random crash like that again, and I've never seen RNPC appear in any of my papyrus logs since.

Even though it appears to be too late... After looking at your first logs before you uninstalled, I would have first tried using the savetool (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/? ) and, after hitting the fix#-> button, I'd have tried deleting mod forms for your Serana dialogue and marriable Serana esps, which would have basically purged those mods from your save and allowed them to start from scratch the next time you loaded (at least that's my understanding... it's always been a godsend when I've had a mod go haywire and sudden break without warning), and then doing fix#-> again for good measure.
