Please be nice and don't say any spoilers to the ones who have not gotten a chance to play these games. Thank you. I will get us started.

Rokabur Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Most new games don't really interest me with the 'have to be permanently connected to the internet so the game is connected 24/7 to a DRM server so it can constantly verify that the game is legal and if your internet connection drops for just one second the game automatically crashes to desktop on you.' All these games that have to be connected to the internet just to play solo offline, whats gonna happen when, in the future, the servers are eventually taken offline for good and you can't play your favorite games anymore cause the server isn't there anymore? As for games I'm looking forward too, the only one I'm looking forward too is http://dnf.neople.com/.

Games I can't wait until they are finally released? Now there are plenty of these: 1. Pillars of Eternity ... hopefully a wonderful nostalgic trip back into my "youth", a true successor to Baldurs Gate... 2. The Witcher 3 ... because Geralt is a badass, these Polish guys are not afraid of blood and breasts, and I can't wait to finish business with the Wild Hunt (and Triss is a mega-sexy redhead! 3. Dragon Age 3 ... well yeah, it may be more consolish-ish than I wanted, but still I want to get back to Thedas. And no little kids at the ending allowed, please! 4. Wasteland 2 ... now not at the top-spot, but...eventually I will take a look at that for sure...finally a Fallout-Game again with a true party? Who doesn't want that?! 5. Tides of Numeria .. even more oldschool RPGs! Though I prefer the classical fantasy-settings I am intrigued by this one...guess I am gettting a bit more adult over the years too 6. The so far still unannounced Warhammer-Strategy Game by Creative Assembly ... I pray every night to Sigmar and the ruinous powers (just to make sure) that this game will make good use of the license and give us FINALLY epic battles between mankind, elvenkind, dwarvenkind and the forces of Chaos, with thousands of warriors, magic, demons, cannons and knights in gothic-plate armour killing beastmen and all kinds of chaos-spawn... 7. Elder Scrolls 6: Summerset Isles ... okay, maybe not with exactly that title, but it will come eventually .. before my hair turns grey... And how about a thread about games that don't exist, but you would LOVE to be made and play?

Top three on it though are, Theme Park Studio, Dreamfall Chapters, and Cameggedon Reincarnation I love to play Civilization 5 with my normal gaming group, so we are all waiting on the Beyond Earth too!
