The 'armor' is Fox28D and can be found in the Fox Armors Merged or the Fox 27~28 set.

The Hair looks like something from a SG Hairs pack.

the upload of the SG hair packs is not welcome here on LL!
there could be consequences with the Moderators, as it is in SG Hair Pack to a copyright infringement. a good counsel remove the link of hair!
